The delivery and pickup guys are the same! They make the entire process seamless. The housewares package gives you everything you need to set up house. They make a short term rental a breeze! It is a very serious company. When we arrived at the apartment tired from our trip from Madrid we found all the furniture perfectly assembled, the beds made, the towels and everything we needed to move in. This week we have finished our 5-month stay in the USA and once again, on the day and at the agreed time they were there to remove the furniture with total professionalism.
