I love working with OSI because they provide pre-install information such as who is going, where they are going, and what the scope is to be; they provide daily (or close to it) updates of progress and their plan for the following day; they don't try to hide punch items -- they are honest and very thorough; the punch items are detailed and there is never any hidden costs. Employees are courteous, professional, and love what they do. I wish I could use them on all my projects!

The experience we have had surpasses most of the service providers we use nationwide. We are experiencing a new high quality bar that we have not seen among other agents. It's remarkable and welcomed. We have learned new ways of communication from OSI that we have asked our other service providers to consider. OSI seems to put their efforts into preparing the job and setting up the information with confirmation back to us first and then executes what they say they will do.
