Ben did a great job creating our bed, we wanted something slightly different so we sent photos and sketches with notes and he made it. Really good construction and nice and solid. Only qualm is that there isn't much room between mattress and frame to tuck sheets in but that might be on us when we sent our notes in. When there was an issue with the water bed bladder springing a small leak, Ben was just a phone call away and resolved the issue the same day Happy to recommend

Purchased water bed several months ago. Delivery was fast and we would recomend this company to anyone looking for a waterbed.

We had Ben make a custom bed for us. There was a slight hick up as there can be with custom orders, but the whole experience was very positive and we now have the perfect bed. Ben's easy going honest nature made deciding on a water bed reassuring and nothing is too much trouble. We are in our 50's and the wife had an 80's waterbed and was apprehensive.

Now with our new age king size we no longer wake each other up rolling over, and she doesn't snore anymore YAY!. In fact we have had the best sleeps in our lives since the new bed. Plus we get to individually warm it up and cool it down for the seasons. You won't be sorry.

Have used Mr Waterbed a couple of times now. When we moved house we got Ben to drain and disassemble our timber sided waterbed and then set it up again at our new house. We recently replaced our floors and got Ben to drain and disassemble the bed. As the bed frame was low (20cm high) and nearing 30 years old I talked about options of getting my own frame and a higher bed. Ben did this easily and was able to make to my measurement.

We now have a beautiful soft-sided waterbed using my new bed frame and it is so much easier to get in and out of. Don't go anywhere else if you are in Brisbane give Mr Waterbed a call first you won't regret it.

Ben is fantastic. Very professional and friendly. The service he gives is just the best. Nothing is to much trouble for him. He's water beds, and other products are of high quality.
