I ordered online a couple in stock recliners (Fjords Milan) received them in like 2 days to Colorado! Amazing! Highly recommend Riley's! Staff is very responsive and helpful too!

Always great quality furniture. Our new chair had a popping problem and a part had to be ordered from Fjord. The chair was still functional and as soon as the part arrived, Rileys picked up the chair, repaired it and returned it to us in less than 3 days.

We were in search of a company that could produce a custom piece of furniture for our living room. After a frustrating several weeks of trying unsuccessfully to work with another company, we found Riley's Real Wood Furniture. Our buying experience with Riley's could not have been better. From our initial contact with Jared, to working out the design details, placing the order, right up to the final product delivery, every step of the process was handled promptly and very professionally.

Our custom cabinet was delivered exactly as ordered and on-time. It is a beautiful piece of workmanship and we could not be more pleased. We would give Riley's our highest recommendation for great products and outstanding service.

From the first time we walked in the store, everyone who attempted to help us was very patient with all our questions and need for more information about the console we eventually purchased. Ordered thousands of dollars worth of furniture. They had many excuses as to why they could not deliver our order in a timely manner. Months later they delivered flawed furniture. It took another 4 months for them to tell us they could replace the furniture on their schedule. Very unprofessional!

We worked with Nathan to design a custom media cabinet for an Ultra Short Throw projector and motorized screen. There were revisions made during the process and Nathan was very professional and flexible in designing the unit and getting the build started. We love our new cabinet! I can't say enough about the great experience I had at this store earlier this year. I was shopping for a solid wood king bed set and this was the first of several planned stops around town. The furniture is gorgeous, high quality and reasonably priced for what you get. Great selection too. The manager was incredibly helpful and there was no sales pressure.

When I realized I could buy from an Oregon manufacturer, I was sold. No need to shop any further. Delivery was right on time and the furniture is heirloom quality. I'll go here first every time I'm in the market for furniture.

It was really easy to get in and out of the store with exactly what we were looking for. We were also offered options such as having a piece custom built. But in the end, we chose a piece that was already made, time being important.

Other furniture stores in Eugene have mostly traditional furniture. Riley's has modern furniture, and that's what my wife and I want. So far we've found a great sofa, recliner chairs, and a dining table at Riley's. The staff are knowledgeable, and they listen well to our needs. Their decorator Katie is exceptional; she visited our house on several occasions to get a sense of what furniture would fit in our great room and complement its existing decor.

We have purchased a couple of bed frames from Rileys because they offer simple designs that are solid wood. Each time the service has been very good and they have met or delivered earlier than expected. The delivery service is worth the additional cost and the team that shows up has always been very pleasant and efficient. The quality of the frames is great and they have a good price range to select from.

Have bought furniture here on two separate occasions. My entire office is furnished from Riley's. I loved the service. They really helped be problem solve a few issues I had related to my schedule for delivery. I appreciated their flexibility. Really helpful service and I especially like the quality of the furniture. The pieces are comfortable and timeless so I don't mind paying a little more for high end furniture I can use for a long time.

Riley's is high quality in everything they do. The selection of furniture is beautiful and everything looks like it is extremely well made. It's so refreshing to find a sales staff that is genuinely nice and actually knows what they're talking about. My husband and I recently purchased a mattress and adjustable base and it revolutionized our world!

The sales person spent time with us and there wasn't a question they couldn't answer. They made sure the mattress we chose was the best fit for our body types and sleep preferences. Since we got our bed we've never slept better. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Riley's!

I just bought 3 4'x7' oak bookcases from Riley's (adding to the previous 9 bookcases we already had). It was easy to stop in and purchase, they were finished early, and even delivery was early (they called to confirm). The delivery guys couldn't have been nicer, taking care of the furniture and watching out for our house, too. Love buying locally made furniture from a local family business!

Most all of our living room furniture is from Riley's: couch, three chairs and stereo console. When we need new furnishings we don't even consider going anywhere else. The furniture is great and so is their customer service!

Excellent service and great selection of high quality furniture. They gave us a great price on a solid wood bedroom furniture set. The wood is very solid and will last for a long time. Riley's offers the best quality, Oregon-made furniture I've ever seen. The prices are high, but the quality requires it! They also carry a nice selection of lamps and other accessories, which are top of the line.

We purchased two recliners from Riley's Real Wood and it was a great experience. The quality of furniture they carry is exceptional. We wanted a specific type and color of leather and they were up front about the timeframe and they met that time frame. Friendly and helpful staff and quality furniture. I will definitely go back!

Today was the second time I have been disappointed with the sales people in Riley's. I purchased a coffee table from them a few months back and during the entire process, the salesman was extremely rude and arrogant. In addition to the rudeness, I had to pay for the table just to get them to order it - what business does that? Anyway, fast forward to today.we decided we needed a couple of 'occasional' end tables - and with the limited choices in Eugene for real wood furniture - we thought we would give Riley's a second chance.

Unfortunately it was the first experience times two - the salesman jumped on us as soon as we walked in the door. And just like the previous experience, he followed us around the small showroom that they have, showering us with all of his knowledge and experience. Again, arrogance and rudeness rule at Riley's. We almost purchased the tables anyway, and at the last minute, we just walked out the door. Frustrated, I decided to do an internet search, and found places all over the west coast that will ship the exact same furniture to me.

We purchased the two tables from a store in California, and AFTER shipping costs, they were $100 cheaper EACH, than Riley's 'sales' price - from the exact same furniture manufacturer. Needless to say, no more Riley's for us.we'll take our business elsewhere.

Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about.this place is fantastic! Always a friendly hello when you walk in the door and they give you a chance to take a look at things rather than barging over and getting in your personal space trying to make the sale. Don't get me wrong - when you have questions (and really who doesn't. I barely know an end table from an armoire) they are honestly more knowledgeable than I knew was possible.

Super helpful with fabric samples and knowing product lines for multiple vendors and I'm pretty sure they can do custom work if you need it. Also (and this is fully off topic) I love the time and temp sign outside! I know I could probably just look at the car thermometer but it's nice when it's verified for you =) Bottom line - if you need real furniture for grown ups that's not piece of crap Walmart variety, this is your place. Well priced, well made stuff that is delivered to your door. I wish I had a bigger house (and duh, more money) to buy more stuff!

Every time I make the trek to Eugene, I make a point of stopping by Riley's. A family run store with friendly service and a wide selection of reasonably priced, beautiful furniture, the employees are always inviting and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. While the service is attentive, the employees give you free reign to wander around scoping out all the great pieces.

On my most recent visit, I was helped by a charming gentleman, I believe his name was Josh. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of furniture and very friendly. I ended up purchasing a unique and comfy chaise lounge and absolutely love it!

I usually reserve my reviews for restaurants, but wanted to put in my two-cents worth about Riley's. They are locally owned and they have some beautiful furniture--and it is not just oak, (which I find rather heavy and clunky). They have beds and tables made of cherry and various other woods, along with unique accents throughout the store. They do custom work as well and the employees are happy to answer questions.

They don't hover and if they work on commission, I am not aware of it because they are not pushy and nervous (like SOME furniture places I know)! I never went in before because I thought it was just oak furniture. Now I realize they are a gem. Check them out!
