Deen spent several hours with us, helping us to focus on the pieces of furniture that would enhance our living space. She got us to think about size, material, color, and placement of not only of the furniture, but also art and photographs. After our consultation, Deen drew up plans to scale to help us see how various pieces would fit. All in all, her services were very helpful and her suggestions reflected our desires, modified by her decorator's eye. We are very happy with the results.

When we arrived at Selden's we were expecting the same treatment we received from other furniture store employees which was far less than satisfactory. Based on the recommendation of a dear friend, we were hoping that the quality of furniture featured at Selden's would be much higher than other stores we visited. We were not disappointed. We were looking for several pieces to fill our new home. Happily, when we arrived at Selden's Chris greeted us with a friendly hello and what seemed to be a genuine commitment to help us find what we needed and what we liked at reasonable prices.

We felt relieved right away. To shorten this story, let me just say that when we left the store hours later (Nothing to do with Chris or friendly and helpful manager Larry. We simply had a lot to acquire, and a lot of questions; and they both were very accommodating, informative and thorough.), we were happy with our many purchases and the entire experience, thanks to Chris and Larry.

We both felt that we were not just buyers to them. We felt they actually cared about and took pride in the quality they offer in products and service. We found pieces we could not find at other stores with reasonable delivery ETAs even during the current supply chain crisis. We also were impressed with Selden's delivery staff who were thoughtful about protecting our new home and placing our new pieces exactly where we wanted them.

They were professional, polite and friendly. If we ever need additional furniture pieces, we will be returning to Selden's; No more wasting time and money with other furniture stores. We appreciate Selden's commitment to customer service that Chris, Larry and the company's staff personify. We are grateful for their efforts to ensure our satisfaction in making our new home comfortable and attractive.

Seldens in Fife, WA has an excellent selection of furniture. Equally important, they have expert designers on staff. We showed a representative photos of our new townhouse living room/dining room area, with measurements. She (Cat) helped pick out the perfect-sized furniture with colors that match the fireplace hearth and flooring. She has a wonderful eye for color, and changed my mind on a few mismatches I was considering. We love how everything looks and fits in our space.

I have been very pleased with my designer, selection of furnishings, and customer service at the Bellevue store. I would highly recommend consulting with them on your interior design projects.

Place had beautiful furniture that was high quality. But we walked by 5 employees and not one greeted us. Felt like one of those moments from pretty women, where the store employees didn't want her there.

Not all designers are the same. The designers we bought from were wonderful, and helped us to get what we wanted and needed from Seldens in Tacoma. We are very happy with their customer service policies on their Stickley brand, and we enjoy the other Hjellegjerde chair we purchased. Overall, the experience at Selden's has been top notch!. We had an awesome shopping experience at Bassett Furniture with our salesperson Bill Honan. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable while helping my elderly mother select a recliner. He kept us informed on the status of our order every step of the way. Thanks for providing excellent customer service!

Living in Cle Elum, dealing with winter conditions over snoqualmie pass is challenging enough, so when their delivery team said they could deliver earlier than originally scheduled, we jumped at the chance. The delivery team had to chain up their truck, and they showed up at 6am (time was preplanned). Fantastic team! Thank you.
