Furniture Follies

First time going yesterday. Absolutely sweetest people on earth! The owner and his team are the best! Most definitely will be returning. May God continue to bless this store, the owner and his team in ways they never seen coming.

I just bought a very attractive chair and ottoman from furniture follies. The owner, Ridge, was very friendly and helped me strap the chair into my car even though i clearly should have made use of his incredibly reasonably priced 25 dollar delivery. The piece is clean, in great condition, and very high quality. It's attractive and unique which appears to be the standard at this place. I think thisll be one of my regular stops for furniture!

I always prefer to support a local business when i can, and Furniture Follies makes it especially easy because: 1) the furniture is attractive, comfortable, and built to last 2) it's affordable and 3) the staff is consistently kind, courteous, and helpful! seriously, my girlfriend and i bought a comfortable chair here last week, and liked it so much that we purchased a couch today! bonus points for their dedication to keeping their customers and staff safe during this pandemic while not compromising the quality of their service.

I had been looking for a bed frame all summer, and finally found the perfect one at Furniture Follies! They had a great selection and very reasonable prices. Exceptional customer service in store and during delivery. Highly recommend to anyone looking for furniture!

Great little furniture store in Chapel Hill. We found my daughter a nice rocking chair and modern glass and chrome breakfast table set with black leather chairs for her first home. We met Ridge, the owner, and he helped us find everything we were looking for. He offered sale prices on the items we selected was very helpful. He even discounted the delivery fee since her home was within a few blocks of the store.

They had mostly antiques with a few newer pcs mixed in. They also had a selection of antique marble tops that were beautiful. If you are looking for inexpensive used furniture it's hard to beat Furniture Follies.

Ridge, the owner, has basically equipped out entire household with furniture, both new and gently used. We keep coming back for hidden gems and great deals. Once, on a delivery, they lightly scratched the door frame entering our home and Ridge immediately offered to foot the bill. I demurred and he then proceeded to give us a gift card for a good deal more than fair value. Great finds--great people--great business practices, will continue to come back again and again.

My partner and I had so much fun exploring this place. The space is small, but loaded with an unpredictable variety of interesting (well priced!) pieces. The person who helped us was exceedingly friendly: he wrapped all of our furniture and helped us fit it into our vehicle. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need more things!

This place was pretty nice. It's a huge garage setting with lots of furniture options. There's also some vintage items, like a delicatessen scale from the 1920s. My roommate and I got a coffee table for $21. The workers were very nice. One of them wrapped up the table to prevent damage and even helped us get it in the car.

Recently moved from here and immediately went to Furniture Follies based on the reviews. They did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I ended up purchasing a bed, two desks, kitchen table and chairs, an entertainment center, and a couch because they offer a flat fee for delivery! The gentlemen who helped us were extremely friendly, honest, and accommodating.

They were also very kind with the delivery- they made two separate trips for us, no extra fee, so we could have our bed sooner. The delivery men brought it up three flights of stairs and set everything up for us. I would go back here for sure!

This is a really neat store for some fantastic vintage decor and antique finds. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that the owners also leave 2/3 of the warehouse to boast their brand new couches, mattresses and bed frames. The hours are convenient enough and the location is perfect. I mostly wanted to write a review about the stellar customer service that I have received and makes me go back for purchases.

The owner, Ridge, is very warm and cares about the customers' visit and experience. I went in for a couch and left with a nice matched couch and love seat set- with an added discount. I was even able to get my items delivered the very next day. Upon timely delivery, Ridge and his employees did everything possible to keep our home clean - the furniture was completely wrapped and they even took the time to put felt pads on the new couches.

I have never heard of this type of delivery service and can't say enough good things about this business, the owners and the employees. Overall we paid $35 for next-day delivery. Fantastic bargains for the best customer service!
