Love our new Bassett couch, loveseat, and ottoman set. Shopping at Cooper's was a great experience, and they even held my furniture in their warehouse for two months while my house's water damage was repaired. I'm immensely grateful for the wonderful customer service since our living room was a construction zone for a while. My husband and I will definitely be back to spend our money at a locally owned store with super friendly employees.

We bought our new couch and ottoman from here a few months ago after issues at another furniture store and I could not be happier! It's so comfortable, the ottoman is amazing and the sales lady was so easy and nice to work with. Delivery was quick and easy, too. We will definitely be back when we need more furniture!

This is a local store with high quality furniture and excellent customer support. And what is on the floor is a small sample of what can be ordered. And many of the suppliers build the furniture here in the USA. Despite all that, prices are reasonable, comparable to what you'll spend at a national chain for cheap items made in China. Can't recommend Cooper's highly enough.

Jenna sold us two great pieces of furniture a dual rocking leather sofa & a leather recliner, there's a laid back approach with the sales staff, they let you look around, Jenna "checked back" multiple times to answer questions, and the left to help others, we could purchase our pieces off the floor or order. Great selection, I can't believe we've been here 20 yrs, passed this store a million times & this was our first visit! Great store, never mind the chain stores, go to Cooper's Furniture, Great local biz, and professional staff.

Beautiful furniture! This place has some of the best quality I have seen in a very long time. Very solid and heavy furniture. Not flimsy and light, like sooo many big chain furniture stores. They have numerous recliners throughout the store, and in a sale section in a part of the store. The cabinets and dressers are high quality at reasonable prices.
They have mattresses, couches, table sets, etc. It's family owned, and they welcome you when you come in, and then let you look around at will. They do not dog your heels like the chain stores do. Very comfortable and relaxing shopping trip. They are super friendly. I will be back to buy in the near future, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Coopers is a great, family owned furniture store. The employees are very helpful and prices are good. We bought a recliner that malfunctioned shortly after we got home (a wire was pinched during transit) and they came out the next day to repair it for us. They are easy to work with and genuinely care about their customers. We love bringing our business to small businesses and Coopers has earned our loyalty.

My husband and I went in to buy lamps. The service we received was great. We took home to try in the room. Did not like and returned lamps. The salesperson was mad that we returned them and was very rude and on top of that was one of the owners. We have spent thousands there on furniture, but will not again. We will never go back to that store. If you need a good furniture store, go to Whitley Galleries. The service there is awesome!
