This place is terrible. I ordered eight items, and they took over a month to come in the mail-three of the items were gifts, and the birthdays and Valentine's day went by. In the meantime, I reached out with emails, and seemed to get the runaround (they were waiting on one or two items). I suggested that they might want to send what they had, and then ship the items they had yet to receive-to deaf ears.
You know, like any other business that I have ordered from in the past. Finally, I got so fed up that I exchanged an item just to have it shipped because over a month had passed by. The order arrived in decent time once shipped., and the items are nice enough-this is the one star. One item, a dragonfly was defective-only had one eye stamped out. I contacted them and sent a photo of the dragonfly.
I received a reply that I had to pack it back up, and they would send me a shipping label to send the defective item back to them (make a special trip to UPS). They would ship me a replacement once they received the defective item-that should have never been shipped in the first place. I got annoyed-to say the least-over an item that cost $9.95! Any other business would just have shipped the non-defective dragonfly.
I sent a reply and asked to have a manager notify me. I received a reply with the $9.95 being refunded, and no new item coming my way. I would recommend you search elsewhere for these type of items. Worst experience online ordering I have ever had before.

I purchased a piece for a client; the finish was different from the photo and the piece was too large. When I received the Return authorization number, I was informed that they would be deducting about 1/3 of the original cost of the item for shipping and handling charges. By the time I paid for return shipping, there was hardly anything to refund. This company has a terrible return policy. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Iron Accents, Inc.

We ordered a decorative 144 LED Lighted Willow Vine in January and received it in May. I know that sounds horrible, but it isn't. I contacted Iron Accents about the delay which was of course due to manufacturing and shipping slow down due to COVID-19. I was offered a refund or could wait. We chose to wait, and are very glad we did. The picture on the website doesn't do it justice.
You can bend it into whatever form you want and the LEDs have have selectable modes, steady, twinkling, etc. We completely love this decorative light show. It is a very beautiful part of our living room.

I found Iron Accents while searching for a metal art piece for a wall. I did not know what I wanted, but knew it had to complement a picture I already had. Horrible customer service! My husband and I drove over 4 hours each way to visit the store because, I was skeptical of the mixed reviews online. Needless to say, they don't update their information. I arrived and found the place abandoned. When I called to ask whey they weren't open- as the website clearly stated 10-6 Friday and Saturday.as did the sign on the door.
I was told "Oh we closed several weeks ago, you can look online at stuff". If you closed weeks ago then update your information. Never an apology or even an I'm sorry after I disclosed my 4 hour EACH WAY drive! Don't waste your time or money on this shady business. The reviews are true, what a shame, I thought I had found a diamond in the rough but, it was nothing but coal.

Worst mail order company EVER! Please think twice before ordering from this company. They do not communicate with their customers and are not transparent in the way they ship and accept returns. I had ordered a pendant light for over $500 but then received an email that said your order will not be completed unless you agree to the shipping of the item which was to be by freight truck.
Since a semi-truck would not be able to reach our street, I didn't confirm the order and assumed it was canceled since that is what the email implied. Then a month later I get a charge on my credit card and was told that the order was not cancel but the item had been on back order this whole time. I received no communication regarding the back order or that my order was still active.
I was then told I could return the light once it arrived but I would have to pay for return shipping, even though I received an order that I assumed was canceled and they said I should never have received the email about the freight line shipping. So, I had to pay $150 to ship it back to them and once they received the light I was only refunded $340 because the other $190 was deducted for the cost of the original shipping to me. OMG!
I could not believe all the hidden information and the out of pocket expense of $340 just to return an item that I should have never received in the first place. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT mail order from this company unless you know your going to keep it.

I only gave one star so i could at least post this. I was told that i wouldnt get my order till middle of April and got charged for it, which is fine i didnt have a problem with that. Well i got it early and im not complaining about that part either. The part i got a problem with is i got charged twice n no one can find the $200 i paid the first time cause why would they, they told me they put it back in my account, um no u didnt cause it would say u did, plus the same amount of funds were there, nothing extra.
Also the color looks nothing like the original. Well word of mouth and the internet r a great thing, right now about half of Pa knows what a rip off this company is n by tomorrow half of the states will. I will never order from this company again. I also see in the reviews im not the only one this happened too either, maybe someone should check that out cause apparently its a problem if it happened to more then one person. This company is supposedly family owned blah blah blah. This company is bullshit n cheat people out of their hard earn money.

I saw the negative reviews for Iron Accents AFTER I placed my order and was concerned that maybe I had made a mistake ordering from them. I must say that I absolutely did not. The customer service was excellent.they contacted me about a problem with the shipping address, which initiated a conversation in which they were quick to respond and were very courteous and accommodating. My package arrived today--ahead of schedule, and I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

I purchased 6 items in August, 2018. I'm still waiting on the last few items and it's November 4. Their customer service is horrible. They do not send updates, nor respond to phone calls. I left a message over a week ago and have yet to receive a return call. Now, I see I have been double charged on my credit card. They charged me for all 6 items back in August.
I have been charged over $2,900 for a $1,450 order. If they do not respond, which I have little faith they will based on my experience with them so far, I guess I will have to go after them using my bank. Incredibly poor company to deal with. Beware. I wish I didn't have to give even one star.

I recently bought the acanthus leaf fireplace screen from Iron Accents and couldn't be more pleased! I wanted it to match an antique acanthus leaf chandelier in my formal dining room and Iron Accents sent me a free sample of the finish and the match was unbelievably perfect. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but for this place I'm making the exception. Took months to get the $800 (plus shipping) chandelier (with many emails) and it arrived broken. THe packaging was just horrible with no real protection inside the cardboard box. It was no wonder it was busted. After many, many emails I either received no response, or the reply didn't make sense, or it was filled with excuses.
I finally sent the dispute to my cc company and proved my case. The funds were returned to me. They never did pick up the broken piece after many more emails with no response or more excuses. I really loved the chandelier, so it was disappointing. Prior to receiving the parcel Iron Accent sent me a long email with disclosures regarding the delivery.
The freight company was supposed to get a signature from me upon delivery confirming the item was in good order. I would have had to pull it out of the box before the driver left to inspect it. The signature would have bind me to a contractual agreement that I accepted the parcel in good condition and thus virtually indemnifying Iron Accent. Thankfully the freight company delivered without scheduling and when I was not even home.
It was left outside my door. Please be careful of this indemnification practice. I'm not even sure if it is legal. Buyer beware. On a good note, I did buy and received three bar stools, prior to the chandelier fiasco, they arrived near on time, well packaged in styrofoam peanuts and are beautiful, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Not sure why one was packaged well and the other was not.

Purchased three items from IronAccents.com. The first to arrive was a piece for $330 and took over 2 months. I waited another two weeks before inquiring about the other two pieces. I received an answer about the one of the pieces stating it was on its way, however, no answer on the third piece. All three pieces were wall hangings, and I was tired of waiting so I asked to cancel the third piece.

I ordered a large pendant online over a month ago. I received an online update a day after it was supposed to arrive stating that it was going to take another month to arrive. I called the phone number listed and left a voicemail as instructed. However, I never got a return phone call. I called again and was told that the pendant was now going to take a few weeks longer. I'm looking at over two months to receive an ordered item. There is a complete lack of customer service and I will never order anything from this company again.

They do not honor their own return policy. I purchased 3 items, waited 2 months for them to be delivered, and meanwhile they charged me for the items long before they even had them in stock to sell, which is illegal. Then I get the items, and while they are very nice, they would not work for my project I had intended them for, so I returned them in the same packaging with a return slip, which I requested, and I was given a partial refund. Wow!
I paid interest for two months on a purchase I didn't want, had to pay for the return and only got a partial refund. If I could give only 1 star I would! I do not recommend doing business with this place.

I gave 1 star because the product actually showed up! I was very disappointed w Iron Accents. I placed the order and they did not have 1 item that I wanted but said they would have my products to me in 2 weeks but 4 weeks later when I called them they still did not have all of the products. I asked why I had not been updated on this and I was told they are short staffed in the office. I would not recommend this business, not reliable!

I thought I found a Great Home Deco site that provided hand crafted items from crafters and blacksmiths both in the US and Europe at fantastic prices, , all this according to Iron Accents website. Upon receiving my order, table mirror with bird, I noticed a gold Made in China sticker on the back, , I have to admit I was quite shocked and embarrassed since I had made mention of this gift to my daughter, whom this gift was for, that it was made here in the US.
I even have email confirmations noting that since some items were hand made and orders were in high demand that shipping will take a few weeks, , 4 weeks I waited perfectly content thinking that items like this were worth it. I immediately logged into the site just to see if I had mistaken what I had read and understood but could not find anything obvious so I called customer service and informed them of what I had found.
She looked up my order and confirmed that Yes, , the item I ordered was manufactured in China and that they dealt with over 7000 items/vendors and unfortunately yes some items were going to be made overseas. All of which I could understand and told her that. I guess I just feel foolish for buying something I could have just bought locally and gotten the same day, maybe not the exact same item, but then again it wasn't so much about the item itself but more the thought of purchasing something I thought was made or crafted here in the US.
