Gave a 1 star bc we got there after driving almost 1 hr and the place was closed. Had a sign taped to the door that it was closed for Good Friday. Tried calling to check but the call kept cutting off, would ring a few times and then drop. According to the site, it's open on fridays. Shame shame. Should update when it closed.

The furniture is good quality, but just be aware that you might have to reach out to them several times before you have your pieces and will have to double check the measurements when they do arrive. I gave it a 3 star rating because although we love the furniture, we were extremely disappointed that Nolt's failed to meet the deadlines they held themselves to.
They apologized, but it meant nothing by the third time they did it. We ordered 3 desk sets in November and were expecting to move into our new office by early January. We had no choice but to postpone the opening date to our new office because they changed the delivery date on us multiple times. The pieces did not arrive until February, after following up with them for weeks and being told the pieces were "on the truck, " only to be told a week later they were still in their Canada warehouse.
When the pieces finally arrived, all 3 desks were 10 inches longer than what was indicated on our measurements, which took another 2 weeks to fix. It appears we're not the only office to have this issue with Nolt's, and they don't seem to have improved based on prior feedback. Because of our experience, I would not recommend them.
