Our new bedroom furniture from Shaker Shoppe is flawlessly beautiful. We chose tiger maple with a cinnamon finish and could not be happier. The craftmanship and shaker style are a reminder of days gone by and these pieces are the kind that will be coveted for generations to come. Absolutely gorgeous and finished a little ahead of schedule! Tom and his crew are the best!

We purchased several pieces--round table, chairs, bar stools and a pie safe and are thrilled with our purchase. The workmanship is the best we have ever seen. People today say that the younger generation does not want anything passed down to them. I disagree. I believe any child or grandchild would love to be the recipient of any of these extraordinary pieces of custom furniture. Looking forward to ordering more pieces in the future. Also, all the pieces were packed with such care that the delivery person commented on the plywood used.

He actually came back for all the plywood so it would not be discarded in the trash. We also showed him the pieces we purchased and marveled at the workmanship. I reached out to Tom at Shaker Shoppe about crafting seven bookcases for our home library. He provided a draft plan of what we were thinking about and after providing a deposit he personally visited our home to take measurements and confirm every detail for construction and installation. While the lead time was long, it was worth the wait. When the bookcases were finished, we scheduled the installation date and Tom and company arrived on time on install day.

They carefully brought each piece in and painstakingly leveled and installed each unit. After several hours, install was complete, and the final product looks amazing. We have already put the bookcases to use loading them with our many books and I can tell these bookcases are built to last. Would highly recommend Shaker Shoppe for your furniture needs, they are professional skilled furniture makers and we will return to them for any future needs.

You can't ask for better finely crafted pieces of furniture. The owners are so friendly it feels like you have known them for years. I have two cabinets currently. They are well made heirloom pieces that will be here I hope for centuries and passed down generation to generation in my family. That is my hope and prayer. I stopped in on a visit to lititz just to do some window shopping. We met Tom in the showroom who was phenomenal. He took time to show us around the showroom, explain different styles and finishes. Best furniture I have seen in a long time. Definitely not big box store stuff that's imported, they make it there, I saw the shop where they make it. Very high quality, people manning the store seemed pretty knowledgeable, they might have been owners (?) All in all a very good visit. This place is very close to my home and I never knew about it until a recommendation from a friend when I mentioned I was looking for furniture, it is one of those hidden treasures you always hear about. I will go back again. Highly recommend this place, I think it is a family business. Pretty sure this furniture will last more than my lifetime.

I ordered a 2-door credenza and it is absolutely beautiful. It arrived in perfect condition, having been shipped in a crate and was very well protected. Tom Rossman followed up with several emails regarding shipment and to let me know when I could expect delivery. It was such a pleasure dealing with Tom. I love perusing the website often to decide which piece I will be purchasing next.

It's still hard to believe that something so beautiful can be so easy to care for.

The finish allows you the freedom to forgo tablecloths so you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of hand-planed planks. We were so pleased with our experience at the Shaker Shoppe that we also decided to have a custom table made to display wooden bowls. We needed a table that could extend to twelve feet. Tom and Sue listened, designed, and succeeded in building a table that is already part of a dream coming true.

Even if you're not in need of a table, the people and showroom are well worth your time. There are many other treasures to be discovered, and you might be surprised how beautifully crafted wood can inspire you.

I stopped once to visit just out of curiosity and kept going back after I saw the beautiful furniture they make. Each time I purchased a new piece, Tom and his staff would carefully package the furniture and help load it into my van.

Talk about customer service! In addition, even though high-quality, custom made heirloom furniture is not inexpensive, I was able to find many of the pieces I purchased on sale. Therefore, if you are looking for furniture that will last generations, I highly recommend The Shaker Shoppe. It is, quite simply, the most beautiful furniture I have ever seen.

The Shaker Shoppe is such a neat place to visit. Although the prices tend to be high, they really are comparable to high end furniture stores with one big difference- The furniture at the Shaker Shoppe is made there- on the premises! And not out of particle board like at most furniture shops! This stuff is the real deal. The kind of stuff you'd hand down to your kids.

We got a really cool tour of the place by the owner, Tom and he was really friendly. No pressure either, which I love. Plus, everything is like custom made- I mean, you don't have to worry about your neighbor having the same stuff. It really is quality and timeless! Yeah, good word -timeless. So, if you're in the market for something really nice for your home or even office- I would definetly check them out before buying anywhere else first. Honest.

They also sell small accessories and stuff if your budget is tight, but once you go, you'll want to come back and buy something. Tables, chairs, sideboards, beds - all sorts of hand-crafted- not gaudy at all! All with solid wood. No plastic crap. Plus, like I said, everything is made by them! Right there- in America! :) So, all this talk about buying american, well here's your chance.

All those chain stores stuff is probably made in China. (not against china, but come on people. buy american) So, check them out before laying out some bucks for furniture for your home. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so keep that in mind.
