Both Sandy and Candace were excellent to work with. They were informative without hovering or being intrusive. I purchased 4 pieces and will definitely go back for the remaining furniture I need. Best furniture shopping experience I've had!

I've shopped here before over the years and I'll go there again if I need furniture. The staff was delightful and the big plus was that the chair I wanted was in the warehouse! It was delivered in 2 days! I will shop here first for my furniture needs!

Sales staff is very attentive and friendly. There is really quite a bit of inventory on hand and in their warehouse. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and it will be delivered and set up by their delivery team. Overall a great shopping and buying experience.

John was so helpful. He went all over the store with us to match colors for a Love Seat Sofa & chair. Also helped us pick out tables. Crowley Furniture is always a great place to shop.

By far, one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. I recently purchased a mattress from the store in Liberty. Their matresses are priced "right", u won't get a better deal somewhere else. And they are right, the real difference is the people. I worked with Sandy, she was not only extremely well versed on the products, but patient with me as I wondered from mattress to mattress trying them out. Finally found one I liked and bought with confidence with their 90 day exchange program. Good products, great people.

Candace did a great job of listening to what I wanted, bought the first one she suggested after looking at multiple items. Also took care of an issue after delivery with no hesitation. Will definitely purchase more items from them.

We needed a lift chair to replace our swivel rockers that were no longer safe for my husband. Crowley had exactly what we needed in stock. In four hours we had a safe chair that was ready to use. I have been a customer of Crowley Furniture for a number of years and have never been disappointed in their products or service.

We have worked with Sandy Nichols on a number of purchases and she is always provides us information but no pressure. She lets us take our time to make our decision and the provides us the information needed to make the best decision. She is perfectly helpful and we love everything we have gotten from Crowley!

Customer service was exceptional. Sandy was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Setting up delivery was very easy. No hyperbole, the experience was an A+.

We love Sandy Nichols! She has always been very helpful. We had ordered a houseful of furniture from her in May and it was delivered with no problems in October. Everything was special order and it was perfect. Had to order 2 more counter stools and she had all information ready for us when we went back to order. She is very efficient and treated us like family. Crowley Furniture has the best well manufactured furniture in town! Will not go anywhere else.

A sales associate greeted us coming in, introduced himself and we told him we wanted to look around. He allowed us to do so. After looking around, we had questions so we got his attention and he spent 30 min with us answering questions and showing us different sofas. He did not oversell and he paid full attention to us. When we made our choice, the process took a while but went well.

Amazing and professional service. I was able to find "in-stock" furnture to be delivered quickly. They saved me from sleeping on the floor for 3 months. Hands down, best place to buy furniture!

We wanted to purchase some furniture for our newly built home and worked with Candice Tucker in Liberty. I knew the brand I wanted and she was able to quickly determine not only that it was available in the warehouse, but was also on display so I could view and sit on it. Once she understood my decorating style, she took the time to show me some additional tables that went perfectly with the set.

I was also able to find bar stools at Crowley. I had been looking everywhere online and in other stores and was having no luck. These were about 1 month out due to manufacturer delays. When the furniture was delivered, the team was so professional! They texted me to let me know they were on their way, were on time, and were careful to protect the corners and door frames before moving the items into the basement.

They took the time to set up the reclining pieces and move them where I wanted them in the room. I really appreciated their care and attention to my new home! We will be buying more pieces soon and will definitely shop at Crowley based on their attention to detail and personal service.

Our entire experience so far has been excellent -- from sales and design help to rug delivery. The delivery crew placed the rug, trimmed the rug pad, and were prompt and courteous.

My husband and I were shopping for a living room couch. Crowley Furniture in Liberty had the largest selection and best prices by far. The gentleman that helped us was very polite and knowledgeable. Our couch was delivered today and we are delighted with it. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at Crowley! We worked with Jessica and she was very informed with all the furniture and mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. We got great quality furniture and a very comfortable mattress. We went to other furniture stores and their products and service didn't even compare.
