I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN AND BATHROOM! Chad & Leslie listened to what I wanted and made my dream come true. My open house was a huge success, I received more compliments on my kitchen & bath cabinets than anything. Thank you Kitchens - Baths & Unfinished Furniture you made a challenging project fun and joyful. Looking forward to the basement remodel. P.S. I need more business cards as I have had a lot more inquiries about my cabinets, I am more than happy to refer KBUF. You Rock!

Kitchens and Baths KC are VERY GOOD! They definitely had the best quality cabinets we looked at for the money. We compared their bids to quite a few other cabinet shops, and it wasn't even close! Just an honest company with great pricing, and a pleasure to work with! They were very patient with us, and came up with some very creative ideas that we would never have thought of for an awkward kitchen space in our very old home. We just love our new kitchen! They are doing our bathrooms next, and I can't recommend them enough!

I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN! Kitchens - Baths & Unfinished Furniture went out of their way to work around my incredibly hectic schedule( I travel a lot), and make my remodel go as smooth as possible! They helped me schedule all my contractors, and I'm extremely happy with the final cost of my Cabinets, Quartz Tops and Labor. Well below three other bids I had!
They were also very prompt in responding to me anytime i needed anything or had a question! In my opinion they have the best quality cabinetry for the price, and their customer service is excellent! I can't recommend them enough!

Kitchens - Baths & Unfinished Furniture has always done remarkable work for us, and we have used them on many projects throughout the years! We just finished our most recent remodel of a kitchen, master bathroom and a basement bar, and as usual, it could not have gone smoother! From the minute I contact them, they always listen carefully to my needs, and are professional, courteous, and efficient!
I am always amazed at the incredible designs they come up with that meet the budgets I give them (which is not always easy!) in an industry where so many things need to be coordinated, Kitchens and Baths has never failed to consistently deliver on cabinet quality, price and customer service over such a long period of time. over 20 years for us! I normally don't post reviews on line, but i wanted to speak out, because I've seen a couple negative reviews here.
While I don't know the exact details of what transpired with these people, I find it hard to believe that whatever issues they had were not addressed as quickly and efficiently possible by Kitchens and Baths! As I stated above, I've been in the remodeling business for over 20 years, there are ALWAYS quite a few moving parts to contend with and coordinate: Customers, Trucking Companies, Other Contactors, Etc., And occasionally that can lead to unforeseen delays that are out of everyone's hands (Anyone telling you different, is flat out lying!). However, as occasional as these issues are, I have never received better service from anyone else in this industry addressing and fixing any un-foreseen issue that may arise on any of our projects, than from Kitchens and Baths. Folks, That customer service, is the sign of a great company!
Trust me. I've worked with plenty of other cabinet shops and hardware stores who could care a less about what happens to you after the purchase, and it's like pulling teeth to get something corrected. Kitchens and Baths just does what it takes to help solve the problem as fast as they are able! That's why for over 20 years, I remain a loyal customer to Kitchens and Baths and the incredible people that work there! You would be crazy not to use them and judge them for your self!

We have been using Kitchens-Baths & Unfinished Furniture for at least 15 years now. They have designed and supplied cabinetry for over 25 homes and condominiums for us! They are the best. Period! We have tried a lot of other cabinets companies, Home Depot and Lowes, Menards, and it's not even close when comparing quality, cost and customer service The Kitchens and Baths design team never fails us!
Their ideas are always fresh, they are creative, maximize our space and are current with the latest trends. I'm always amazed at what they come up with and what they can do with the budgets I give them. They are so easy to work with and they don't play games! I highly recommend checking them out before making any decisions on any cabinet purchase, you won't be disappointed!

From start to finish, The folks at Kitchens and Baths KC were wonderful to work with! They were courteous, prompt and designed an incredible Kitchen, Master Bath Vanity and Walk in Shower for our new home! This is our third house we've remodeled, My wife and I are very picky and we shopped around thoroughly. Kitchens and Baths by far had the highest quality for the best price!
They came out for a free measure, were extremely patient while letting my wife and I make countless changes until we had a design we loved, and did everything they said they would do. I only wish we had known about them for our previous two remodels! We already have them started on our Basement Bar!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE QUALITY BUSINESS. Do Not Purchase from this place. This company does not care about your kitchen or any customer service whatsoever. They came out to measure and the quote was completely wrong, we went back to the store and helped them correct it. When we got the cabinets 7 weeks later, one of them was broken and they still had a wrong dimension that made the cabinets extend into the entryway.
We called them and went to the store immediately and they didn't help whatsoever. We talked to the salesman and the manager and they insulted me, my wife and my contractor and called us all idiots. They said it's our fault for not catching their error earlier, and it's our job to customize their cabinets to make them work for our kitchen. They did not offer any money back, they did not offer a home visit, they did not take ownership of their mistakes and they will not return or exchange. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE QUALITY BUSINESS. Don't make the mistake we made in giving this company a chance, believe me, they will ruin your project and waste your time and money.
