Five stars for the work and for the time spent with us when making our decisions about repair. The table and chairs turned out beautifully with new parts and a new color! The set was 28 years old and super comfortable. Many of the straps were worn and the powder coating was cracked and chipped. We really wanted to keep it, and Open Air chair repair offered a solution.
This repair took 3 months, fyi. They don't ask for any money up front. It was one month longer than promised in the beginning which wasn't a problem for us. The delivery schedule wasn't easy to work with, but when I was upset, they fixed the schedule (had canceled us twice) and brought it right away. These are the reasons they don't receive 5 stars. The shop is located in Littleton off of Belleview, offers pick up and delivery for a fee. There are many choices of colors for your repair.

I had a strap repair that I could not do myself. I live in far Northeast Denver so I dreaded the drive cross town. When I brought the chair in they offered to do it right away. I sat down and before I knew it the chair was done and loaded into my car. Cannot say enough good things about service like this. They share a space with Ackermann's, a furniture repair shop we had used previously and both are top flight businesses.

Did a decent job on our lounge chairs repair that ended up getting hail damaged. They were severely backlogged and when our turn came up, it still seemed a bit kong to get them back. I had my phone number on the repair order which I was told I would be called when they were done. I had to call them to check on then. They were ready for pick up but it made me wonder for how long were they just sitting there?
