Furniture is great. But the lack of customer service is utterly pathetic. Call and leave a message and no call back or email response. This happened multiple times. Again, the furniture is fine this review is for the lack of customer service.

I am writing this review to say how awesome Desks Incorporated has been to work with and in particular, working with Aviva who never got frustrated with all my questions and emails! The company I manage was in need of a complete remodel and I called Desks Inc. for help. Aviva promptly came out to see what she could do and after taking measurements of our space, did an amazing computerized rendering of what everything would look like before we invested the funds for the remodel. Aviva's overall vision of how to utilize our space, the office furniture she selected to bring us up to modern times and her overall professionalism and hard work with this project was nothing short of miraculous!

The whole office environment has changed leaving everyone with a sense of pride in our work environment again. I really can't thank Desks Inc. enough and a special thanks again to Aviva whose interior designing background was essential and much needed with this project and who I would also HIGHLY recommend getting a hold of if you are need of a "makeover" at home or at the office! Will look forward to using Desks Incorporated again and thank you so much!

Amazing service start to finish! Good price, great communication over the phone for the purchase, email confirmation came through the day before, called ahead of their arrival and arrived on time, guys were nice and courteous, worked fast and handled items with care. We look forward to using them again in the future!

We have utilized Desks Inc for our furniture requirements since 2016 through several expansion cycles. They have always been responsive and provided quality products and services. The installation crews have been top notch working to ensure we were always satisfied with the final product.

On short notice, we called to have several large desks liquidated due to the downsizing of our office space. We set an appointment, they arrived on time, and disassembled and removed the desks as planned. Kenny was great. Professional and fast.

Bought an office chair from them on a big discount, very nice chair for a very nice price, they held it for me for a week after I bought it so it could be picked up, very easy to deal with.

Guys showed up on time and went the extra mile for a difficult situation we encountered. Desks look great and we get lots of compliments. Thanks to all.

Wow, I could probably go on for a while talking about how Edward took care of us. My wife and I run our company from home and needed quality that would last, but we did not have a budget for new furniture. Edward guided us and we BOTH got EXACTLY what we needed and wanted.
