Youngstown Propane

I would have recommended this company as they were good and efficient up until the point where I got natural gas hooked up to my home and requested my propane be picked up and my refund for what was left in the tank. The gentleman in charge of thiswas EXTREMELY, and I mean extremely, rude for no reason. This person should never be answering the phone and speaking with people.

I was so taken aback by his behavior that I actually forgot his name but I believe it was Bill or Bob. He obviously hates his life and wants everybody else to be just as miserable as him. He said my refund was at "his discretion". What he refunded me was what he decided to give me back not what was actually owed to me. I have just never honestly dealt with anybody as rude as this guy. So beware! You will not get what is owed to you back!

Very rude, actually CRUDE fella answered the phone and acted like him answering the phone was the end of the world very unprofessional I would not give them my business ever if your that miserable as a so called human being, you should not be dealing with the public

Bought a closeout electric fireplace insert and got an Awesome price on it. They carry some great brands and are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely recommend them for your fireplace equipment.

Called and gave me simple phone instructions to light my logs in 10 seconds. Thank you Jeff. Number one business integrity. I am impressed.

I have been meaning to write this for almost a year. I live in Pittsburgh and made the drive because of the service I received on the phone, and could tell this was a hometown company who valued customers and genuinely wanted to help someone with a project. I worked with Gary to install my used Heat and Glo SL Fireplace as a DIY project. He got me all of the parts I needed, OFF THE SHELF!

No order and wait, or this may work type of stuff. He allowed me to buy extra and I was able to ship back what I didn't use. You can say things about prices being average or whatever, but it's the service I pay for that goes along with it. I love coming home and putting the fireplace on, and I love to recomend these guys.

I highly recommend this comany. It was -10 out and I told them I was down to 10% in tank. They were here in 3 days and my driveway had a few inches of ice and it didn't bother them. The driver Jose was great very nice and professional.

Rich was very informative and assisted in our selection and installation of our fireplace before the holidays. Installation crew was very professional and treated our home like their home. Highly recommend if looking for a gas insert fireplace. Very fair price.

I just needed my propane tank refilled, price was right, my complaint is the guy at the desk inside who ended up filling the tank for me was very rude, and I could tell he didn't want to be helping me. He literally ran back inside after filling my tank, he was doing something very important on his computer when I showed up and bothered him I guess.

The sales staff has worked closely with me to design a gas fireplace in my livingroom. Scott has gone over & beyond whatever ideas I have run past him; even working with a drawing of the finished product. I cannot imagine having anyone else work in my home to achieve my vision of my perfect fireplace!
