Green Acres Outdoor Living

I went there shopping for furniture three times. Not once did anyone ever offer to help us or answer any questions. We stared at a lady that knew needed our help and she just turned and went the other way. If you don't want my money that's fine. The owners should take note because it looks like I'm not the only one observing this customer service.

I need to modify my ad but can't find the way to do it. Should be simple. Tell me.

Tried to contact them to speak on the phone or to send an email to someone, no contact found. Really poor

I would advise vendors in France to use the site before placing the house with an agent. There is a lot of activity in the market just now (May/June 2021).

We called them at least a dozen times over a two month period about a house they were supposed to be selling. They never responded! The Worst!

Very expensive furniture, most of which or very similar can be found elsewhere at a much cheaper price. Employees are not knowledgeable and are totally unable to discuss their products with the customer in mind. The employee and Manager we spoke with were clearly not tuned into what they were saying and were basically guessing what to say. Not impressed and would not recommend. We were happy to drive away. Stay away from this place!

We ordered LR set. Furniture quality is very high. Some of the customer service needs work. Kate was very rude. Desire was exceptional. We would buy from here again but would choose who we had to deal with.

Very pleased with the site. We managed to sell our house ourselves without estate agents with ease. We had numerous leads from an array of countries. Recommended!

They are great as long as things go well. But if there is an issue they forget all about customer service. They screwed up our furniture order - we were missing an arm chair and it was put on rush which turned out to mean 4 months - longer than it took to get the first delivery. All we got from them was a very flippant "I'm sorry" and that's just the way it is. No offer of trying to expedite, or discount, or anything.

I just went to Green Acres to purchase a Weber Grill. None of the employees were wearing a mask. I asked the salesperson and she told me that the owner took the signs down and was not requiring masks. We walked out. I'll shop where the owners care about public health. I also reported them to the PA Public Health Dept.

Excellent local business for high quality products. They don't sell only outdoor items (furniture, grills, playsets, sheds, garages, chicken coops, umbrellas, decor, etc.), they sell beautiful high quality in-home furniture too. Yes, items are expensive, but you get what you pay for. We have a beautiful shed, a grill, and outdoor furniture from here.

Their customer service is terrific. They make ordering exactly what you want very easy. You can order online too if that is easier for you. Items were delivered exactly when we were told they would be. They were very accommodating with our schedule. I highly recommend Green Acres of Easton!

Would never buy another thing from them! Horrible customer service! They don't know their products! My husband and I purchased a shed from Green Acres Outdoor Living earlier this summer. We paid extra (over $350 extra) for a garage door on the side of the shed. Three days after we made the purchase we received a call from Green Acres letting us know the garage door we purchased doesn't fit on the shed we picked out.

We had two options. 1. not get the garage door or 2. pay another additional fee ($250) to make the shed large enough to accommodate the garage door. Here is where the problems lays. as a company they should know the products they are selling and what accessories do and do not fit with the product. We should have been told upfront that there was going to be an additional charge.

When I asked how much larger they need to make the shed. 4 inches! $250 for 4 inches. on an already expensive shed. The woman said "well you don't have to get the door if you don't want to pay the extra". Obviously, but I feel a good company would have taken the fee off, since it was not communicated upfront and their mistake not ours. My husband really wanted the door, so we went ahead and paid the extra money to make the shed 4 inches taller (on all sides not just one, as they pointed out. duh!).

One week before delivery we get another call that the garage door is on back order and the shed would be delayed 4 weeks. or we could get a door in a different color. We went ahead and picked a different color (almond instead of white), no problem. Day of delivery. shed arrives and the garage door is NOT a garage door. It is a metal roll up door (think door from a storage unit) and is grey, not the color we decided on one week earlier. We are now waiting on a new door to arrive, although it's been 4 weeks and we have not heard from them.

When it comes to patio furniture and sheds you can't beat Green Acres selection. However, the items are priced very high, especially considering an hour drive away you may pay half the price for the same item directly from the Amish. I recently visited here looking for a garden arch. I wandered around and found nothing, so I went to poke around inside.

Several staff were in there and not one greeted me even though I was the only person in the store. Considering the high prices I would have expected better treatment. Unless you have money to blow, don't go here.
