I used Leonel's to get some patio furniture reupholstered and they exceeded my expectations. I chose a black and white striped fabric and they made sure the lines for both the back and seat cushion lined up perfectly. Their attention to detail is amazing. Mrs. Miriam was very kind and communicative!

Leonel's does expert work! They have skilled craftsmen, and Miriam is very helpful and patient with helping the customer with selections. I highly recommend them for upholstery needs.

We had a sofa and chair that we had been using for quite a while and the white cushions were really starting to show their age. The interior designer who was working with my wife on our kitchen renovation recommended Leonel's Upholstery to re-upholster them. She said she had used them a number of times over the years. So my wife had them come out to look at the furniture, take measurements and give us a quote.

We agreed on work to be done. Leonel's sent a truck to pick up the furniture and return it in the timeframe promised. It's been a little while now and the furniture still looks nice. They did a good job.

Pitiful response from these people. They must have all the work they need! You would think they would call a client back. Terrible! If I could give ZERO stats, I would.

In the words of Tina Turner "Simple the best! Better than all the rest!" I have used their services on multiple occasions and the work is always perfect with a keen eye for detail. The staff is very friendly and they always have kept me up to date with the progress. I am having a delivery today and I was texted a picture of my sofa. I can't wait to see it in person!

Lionel is a very charming and polite young man. His work can be satisfactory though his promised delivery times are extremely and consistently undependable, leaving the customer very inconvenienced by Lionel's aloof schedule. When picking up furniture to be reupholstered it was well over an hour late then when dropping off furniture he was four hours late.

Leonel's did an amazing job with my vintage chair! They promptly picked up and delivered my chair, as promised, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I gave them 4 stars because Leonel didn't call or email back when he said he would, but as soon as I called him, the service was great.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Leonel's upholstery! I had a couch and 2 chairs that needed to be taken down to the frame because my mother's cat had pee'd on both. After they picked them up, I thought, I will never know if they really took off all the padding, but without my even asking they emailed me photos. I asked them to reshape the arms and they sent several photos for me to select the style.

When I got the furniture back, I was soooo pleased. They did a beautiful job. The fabric had a really bold, large pattern and they matched it and used the pattern to emphasize the design of the couch. They did such a wonderful job that I immediately sent them my 8 dining room chairs. They were also done perfectly. They were responsive and fast. The couch and chairs took less than 2 weeks and the dining room chairs and additional pillows took only 2 days. They responded to every email and phone call promptly. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

So sad how Leonel's is doing bussines with the "new" manager. They dont care about bussines anymore. dont know whats wrong with Mr Leonel. before he was concerned about quality and service.today his son is now the new manager. not responsible, and excuses for everything, not punctual.play to much with customer time. so sad. going down. old and actual client.
