This place has great deals and they are always friendly. I've bought furniture from here and I have no complaints.if you're on a budget and can't afford the more expensive furniture, but you want don't want junk either then this is your place.

After receiving a flawed sofa from a different furniture store and it taking them three months to make it right, we were extremely pleased and relieved at how National Furniture does business! Their customer service is outstanding! They maintained constant communication with us from the beginning all the way through to delivery and set up. We knew exactly when they were coming so we were not waiting around all day for furniture to be delivered.

The guys who set it up were prompt, polite and treated our home and merchandise respectfully. We purchased an Ashley sectional from them, which is beautiful, great quality and more affordable than other places we have searched. We also ordered the matching ottoman to go with the sectional and were initially told it would take 6-8 months to get it in, but that was not the case and the ottoman and sectional arrived on the same day. Would give National Furniture ten stars if I could and will only go through them when purchasing furniture.

I've been looking at new mattresses for about a week until I went into National Furniture Outlet in Westwego yesterday. Found a new set of mattress and box springs for an excellent price! Thank you National Furniture! This is the second mattress I have purchased from you. I've had this last one around ten years and it's been great. Also I'd like to add that the employees make you feel like they've known you for years, making your shopping experience very pleasurable. Great place to shop!

I've been going to national furniture since 1996 and I still shop there. Just a few months ago I bought a bedroom set by Ashley furniture. They have nice furniture and it last.

Great place to go for deals is not the prettiest place BUT it cuts out the middle man, and you can get great deals for a great price. The gentleman who helped us was telling us if they don't have it in stock it will be hard to get because of the Covid 19 has a lot of places are still closed and getting stock in is Very hard and keep getting pushed back constantly. So be patient and shop early for the best selection. Thank you guys for everything.

WOW! Truly a Hidden Gem! This Mom and Pop family owned business has been in Westwego for years. Their customer service definitely does not disappoint. From walking into the store you are greeted with a smile of a friendly employee they ask you if you are looking for anything in particular and will lead you to the right direction, they offer help and their expertise. EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING could not have went smoother from picking out the furniture, to placing the order, to delivery and set up.

I bought a chest of drawers from here and received excellent service from a young man named Jerold. I may be wrong about his name. He helped me and quickly had the paperwork done and the warehouse was pulling it before I was leaving. Extremely nice people. Great service.

Randy was amazing at helping me find what I needed. His customer service was incredible! Being new to town I was apprehensive at first of shopping at an outlet store.
