I was looking for a new chair for my home office. I knew what I wanted, but did not have much luck finding it. I found a link to Boomerang and contacted them via email. Jon Pinsky quickly responded and I was able to place my custom order in a matter of minutes. He was very helpful and got me a much better price then I expected for my chair. The chair was delivered exactly when he said it would be and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Boomerang, and Jon in particular were great to deal with.

It starts with Katie Stefanik in sales, who could not have been more helpful, for a client opening their first office in the U.S. Katie took the time to work with us on all aspects of our needs, and to provide not only cost effective solutions, but quality solutions that we could be proud to bring our customers in and show them our facility.
The installation team with Angel, Alex Sr., and Jr., Arthur, and Jawuan again, could not have been kinder or more professional. A great group of guys that show the overall quality Boomerang puts in it's support team overall. Awesome team, Katie Stefanick was a pleasure to work with, great on follow up and very patient as I changed things around several times and at the last minute, she was great. The design team did a great job on layout and color everything matched and fit perfectly. I would recommend Katie to anyone! Great job Katie and the team at Boomerang

I had met Adam Horning through a recommendation from another of his previous clients to refurnish my company office. He is very professional, and understands the importance of recognizing what a client wants, and how to meet their needs. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a vendor. Katie Stefanik was our Sales Representative at Boomerang. She was very helpful and supportive with our request. Even though the quantity changed every week. Run from these guys. Customer service.horrible, We ordered cubicles, they never returned our calls, we had a very difficult time reaching and getting responses from our representative, continuously telling us how sorry they were for all the delays. Then they finally came to install and had to rig the walls because they didn't bring the correct items, which, by the way cost a small fortune.
Then the installers came back a second time and still did not have the correct items to properly install the cubicles. I finally told them to "just go". Then the really fun part. apparently they wanted the entire balance of the job paid prior to the installation. Which i thought was absurd. I could only imagine what my experience would have been like if i paid them in full before they installed the furniture. Youv'e been warned. read the rest of the reviews.
