The best furniture and customer service. This is my 2nd home using this company. Ann is so kind and wonderful at her job. She has such an eye for helping you create an amazing looking backyard. Plus she is fun to work with. The young men who helped deliver my furniture were so polite and did a great job. Def spreading the word about this company. Thank you!

It is very annoying to drive all the way to your location from Farmington Hills based on your hours of business on Google only to find out that you are closed! Who is closed on Saturday? Update your information please!

Disclaimer: we haven't purchased furniture yet, but are so excited to get back to this store and place our order. I've never been so excited about patio furniture in my life, but seriously custom furniture from recycled materials. I'm so geeked. The staff here made us feel welcome and actually educated us on what we've planned to purchase so we are going to be invested in this purchase and not just throwing good money after some cheap stuff that'll be rusted and boring in a couple years.

Excellent store. Great selection and outstanding customer service. We were very impressed with the options, the warranties offered and the overall variety. We were able to buy a patio set and customize the fabric to match our outdoor living space. Palm Beach Patio furniture was recommended to us by a friend. We drove all the way from Dearborn with our 4 sons, who thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well. We highly recommend making the trip.

We have done business with and bought patio sets from Palm Beach patio a few times in the past few years and we've always had a good experience. Anne is very helpful and knowledgable about the product she sells. Their delivery team is outstanding. They are on time, courteous and go above and beyond.

Do not purchase furniture here if you want a store that will stand by their warranty. We purchased an expensive set because it came with a 15 year warranty and we wanted something that would last. It is a beautiful set, but one of the chairs had the weld snap in half after just 3 years. That was 3 months ago and since then we have received is the run around.

The process started okay, take a picture send it in, and get new chair ordered. Acknowledgement that the damage was indeed under warranty. Good news! Then the disappointing news that they don't carry that color any longer. Bad news, but okay, we selected a similar color. and then we waited, waited, and are still waiting. No updates, no communication.

Through the whole process the staff has shown no desire to solve this issue, unable to move the process forward and has made it simply unpleasant to work with them. So disappointing. They need to learn to take care of customers after the initial sale.
