Our design team will work with all departments within your company to ensure you are meeting the needs of today while providing flexibility for future change. A productive workplace begins with effective design. Office Furniture Solutions provides floor covering products and services through our partnership company, Commercial Interior Resources.
In 2017, the OFS leadership team decided that after 8 years, it was time to renovate and expand our showroom. Careful Planning and care went in to the design of our new look. To create our space, we decided to rely on the skill, knowledge, and talent of our own interior designers! We engaged them to create a workspace that not only showed well to customers, but truly embodied our company culture.

I have used Office Furniture Solutions for several of my clients in the past. Brian Simms and the entire team has come through with quality furniture for each of them. Brian Simms and the team at OFS are simply outstanding and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I have ordered furniture from them, had a work space designed by them, and moved furniture to a different location with their assistance. Brian is very easy to get in touch with - even at 8:30pm the night before moving a large amount of office furniture. Brian solved my problem (by the way, not a problem he contributed to) with ease and professionalism. With a team this exceptional I will never look to a different provider - it doesn't get any better than this.

I just started my new company and Jamie Williams helped me pick out and design my new office space. It turned out way better than I had ever imagined, the furniture is very high quality and modern. The delivery team was professional, clean and quick. Overall it was a highly enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend them!

I had a nice experience working with Office Furniture Solutions. I did the orders (4 very nice desk chairs) through email to Jamie. She was very quick to respond and the chairs arrived very quickly (2 to 4 days) to our Northern Michigan hotel. I was happy with all of the ordering and delivering service. In regards to the chairs, we REALLY like them.
In the past 6 years, I have ordered a variety of chairs for my hotel staff to use in our offices. Everything from super-high-end commercial chairs to cheap Walmart chairs. They all have trouble holding up to the daily use a hotel puts them through (hotel furniture is constantly moved, shuffled, and used by numerous people every day). We noticed a few things right away - they are very sturdy for a seemingly simple chair.

I have worked with Office furniture Solutions for the last 3 moves as our company has grown over our 11.5 years in business. Each time we worked with their designers to coordinate our solution, it has been very impactful and a great result. We started small with our first order, using mostly used(or refurbished that looked basically new). They utilized new fabric, using existing trim, and made it first class.
Our second move was mostly new and a few pieces that were coordinated to the look and feel that we wanted. Our most recent move in February of 2015 was our best design and space planning yet! It was 8,000 square feet and a large project to make all of our different departments work in harmony. I am the first person to be skeptical about things being promised: however they really made me a believer.
It is very comforting to talk with their current(very successful)clients and see the solution that they provided them. I have sent a few friends of mine their way and I have heard rave reviews. Its great to work with another STRONG Michigan company.
