Efficient Office Solutions was founded in 2004 by two young entrepreneurs, Adam London, and Johnny Ginnetti. The former office furniture sales reps have built their company on the foundation that there is value and usefulness in pre-owned office furniture. I can not adequately express how incredible and service-forward this company is. Their products are priced better than fairly, though remain of the highest quality. Most importantly, and unfortunately increasingly rare in today's world, they are 100% committed to ensuring your needs are met and expectations exceeded; before, during, and after the sale.
In particular, co-owner and co-founder Johnny Ginnetti's word is his bond, and that word is rock solid. Of note, I'm certain that my particular sales needs were miniscule compared to other business that they conduct, but I was nonetheless treated like I was putting in a multimillion dollar order with them. What other company does that?! I've met more than my share of duds and flakes in the service industry, and I'm only sorry that I didn't find Efficient Office Solutions earlier.

I was looking for a Steelcase office chair and discovered Efficient Office Solutions had refurbished ones for sale. When I went to their showroom, I was so pleased that they had several used chairs in excellent condition to choose from. The prices were more than fair for a used Steelcase chair, ranging from $250-$275. (New Steelcase chairs range from $500-$1200) Adam was extremely helpful, showing me the features on each chair, and making sure I had explored enough options before I made a decision.

Adam was so helpful! And the delivery people were great. Our law firm had difficulty finding a office furniture company that would sell us furniture without a 20 page proposal and a lot of sales talk, then we found Efficient Office Solutions and they truly were efficient. They helped our firm furnish 3 conference rooms and one attorney's office. Their delivery estimates were accurate. Just overall great service.

Excellent service! I bought a fantastic Herman Miller for my home office. Leah helped me and she was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Prices are unbelievably reasonable. Really great experience, far superior than purchasing online or in any other general office supply store like Office Max or Staples.

I found two excellent, used, Michigan made office chairs (well priced!) and a functional standing desk solution (again, used but high quality). First, I commend Johnny and team for creating an environmentally ethical business: providing clean, beautiful, "previously owned" office furniture. Second, I visited EOS three times, and each time Leah and Johnny provided a relaxed, very knowledgeable, excellent customer service experience. I love my new home office! After seeing the warehouse and talking with Johnny, I can see that they also have the ability to outfit an entire company with the office furniture that they need. I highly recommend Efficient Office Solutions, for their products, for their customer service, and because they are good people.

I've enjoyed working with Adam and his team on two office projects and highly recommend them. Adam took the time to understand our requirements and gave me options that suited my needs and budget. His team did a great job of installation, worked around our schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. We did have one unforeseen issue, but Adam immediately found a solution.

Great prices and even better service! I purchased a Steelcase Leap chair for my home workspace. The chair is very clean and in great condition. Adam was extremely accommodating and worked with me to find the right product for me. When my purchase was complete, the staff loaded the heavy chair into my car for me which was greatly appreciated. Over the years I've found the staff at EOS to be extremely helpful and customer service oriented. As an Interior Designer I'm often challenged by my clients to help them locate pre-owned office furnishings and workspace solutions that are good quality and priced competitively. Adam, Johnny and the team at EOS are great at helping me locate exactly what I need and that makes me look great to my customers! They also have a really nice showroom and are always adding inventory, so they almost always have what I'm searching for.

This place is really excellent. The woman at the front counter helped us to figure out exactly what cubicles we needed for our office. She showed us new, used and refurbished units. She drew a great picture to help me understand exactly how the cubes would look in our office. The ordering process was easy, the installation team was on time, clean, professional and fast. We were even able to pay cash on delivery. I highly recommend this place!
