Great shopping experience! Highly recommend BOTH for the BIF Team as well as their gorgeous products. We worked with Sharon, Robert and Julie and at all times felt like our best interest/product satisfaction was their primary concern, not their commission, not getting us sold with high pressure. To be clear, when I say the BIF team, I mean Sharon, Robert and Julie worked as a cohesive team to meet our needs - it was seamless. What a refreshing experience!

When my husband stumbled upon a Danish table for our dining room, we had no idea a store in the area stocked it. When we visited the store, we were blown away by the many fun, practical, and exquisitely beautiful items we found in the showroom. The service and care from the professional team is top notch. I really enjoyed shopping at Bright Ideas today. The service was outstanding. We looked at several pieces yet I never felt pressure to buy. The furniture and accessories are high quality, beautiful, and unique. I found a desk chair that feels like a cloud. Julie showed me all of the features and I couldn't pass it up! I was looking for a very specific model of media console/TV stand (BDI Corridor 8173) and saw that Bright Ideas was a retailer for that manufacturer. I wanted to go with a local retailer rather than order online because it was a relatively pricey item and didn't want to risk the headache of having to ship it back to someone in the event of a defect.
I called Bright Ideas and spoke to Sharon. It was a special order item. Sharon got me a quote and lead time right away. It was well worth the wait. The white glove delivery was also very reasonably priced and the deliverymen were great. I couldn't be happier with the product and service!

Beautiful modern furniture with great customer service. Just recently bought a kitchen table and dealt with Sharon, she was very helpful with the process of customizing it. Sharon is the best, and she was very knowledgeable and kind. The white glove delivery was perfect, and the delivery guys were very pleasant and professional. If I could give more stars, I would. I highly recommend this place.

We worked with Julie and she was amazing! She spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect color for our house for a new sectional. While our sectional was being built she did an excellent job of keeping us informed of progress and expected delivery dates. The delivery men did a great job and showed up right on time. The got the sectional into place through a tight hallway without any damages! We are super impressed by the entire experience! Highly recommend!

Bright ideas has been my go-to store for decorating our new downtown apartment! I love the modern style and design of their furniture offerings and wide variety of options they offer. The sales reps are always helpful and never pushy which makes for a very productive and happy shopping experience! Their sales staff looked at photos of my apartment and helped me design a living room I love that turned out much better than I could have designed on my own. They have great interior design skills!
