Michael was an excellent sales person. He helped us find what we needed. Stayed nearby to answer questions but didn't pressure us or interrupt. He gave good advice and helped us figure out what would work for our area. When we returned a few days later he remembered what we liked, didn't like, etc. We had shopped all over the area but Michael helped us make the decision to buy from Levin's.

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and guided us through the selection. Her suggestions as to the adjustable base and other features was extremely helpful and yielded a choice that would meet all of our requirements. This purchase is a replacement of an item that was purchased at Levin's many years ago.and I know it will live up to our expectations.

Good selection, friendly people, always clean, no high pressure. Inflation is pretty high right now but prices here seem to have gone cray cray. I found three things I wanted to impulse buy, but just couldn't pay 200% more for it. Great place to visit if you want to feel better about paying 20% too much somewhere else tho.

We shopped the store for a week getting ready to buy living room furniture. John Patterson helped us every step of the way. He was always nearby when we needed him, yet gave us all the space to roam that we wanted. He even came in on his day off to help us close the purchase. We were very happy with our experience and are looking forward to getting our new furniture next week. I highly recommend John and Levin!

I do not like leaving negative reviews, however, I feel there is nothing else for me to do. I bought a mattress from Levin's. It was a fine experience, nice associate. They delivered the mattress to the wrong address- twice. Two times. Then, finally about a month after the original delivery date, we were able to get the mattress. I was told I would get a 10% discount due to the delay in service and the multiple attempts I had to make in order to get the delivery to the correct place. I was never given this discount after multiple calls and conversations to Levins in North Canton, as well as the corporate office. Very disappointed.

The salesman kept his eye on us, answering numerous questions for us. Really no pressure to buy, but we had looked at so many other places, we decided to finally make a decision. We ordered a sofa and chair - no bells and whistles, just a plain leather sofa and chair. It should be here in about 3 months. Delivery is extra because they have to contract it out. They had a good selection and there were lots of people shopping for furniture the day we were there.

Not really sure on how I feel about my service at Levin. My husband and I went there last night around 6:30pm. We wanted to look for living room furniture, as our current is way too big. We walked around the entire first floor saw a handful of salespeople, about 2 of them weren't helping anyone. Then we ventured upstairs, walked about half the floor (we weren't looking for anything but living room), saw another 3 sales people and including us, 3 families.
No customer was being helped and none of the salespeople were helping anyone. Even made eye contact with 2 of them. How do you spend 45 minutes in a store (where the employees make commission) and not one salesperson approaches you?

Don't ever buy furniture from this place. We purchased a couch about two years ago. The cushions are already flat we have to have a board and blankets under the cushions to even make it comfortable to sit on. The springs are constantly popping out and I have to put them back in. All they said they could do was to order new core cushions. I said to order them.
When they finally came in I went and picked them up. I bring them home and when installing them the zipper on the cushion broke. When I called to see what they could do they told me I should of had a professional install the core. I was never told this when I ordered the core pieces. Stay away from this company. If I could give negative stars I would.

Terrible customer service! We ordered a couch in February and was told it would be in by March. We purposely ordered that one because our newborn was going to be home soon and our current couch was falling apart. It's has been months now and it's one delay after another. By this point, I'm convinced they've just robbed us of our money. We've asked for a manager to return our call at least half a dozen times these past months.
I wish I was exaggerating that number. We still have not gotten to speak with the manager or the man who sold us the couch. No one would call or address us. It's disgusting that a business can operate this way. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service. Waited 10 weeks for furniture to arrive, store never called or notified us it was in. We had to stop and check on it then was told not would be another 3 1/2 weeks before they could deliver. Manager was rude and very unprofessional. We will never buy another thing from this store. Very disappointing experience

We love shopping at Levin! The furniture is high quality and is going to last my granddaughter a lifetime. This was purchased as a surprise for her today. Bernardo is our most excellent salesman and I asked for him after having made another large purchase from him a few months back. He is knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. We will definitely be shopping at Levin again! Thank you for another great shopping experience.

Very frustrated with the lack of customer service and lack of communication with my order that I'm still waiting on that was placed in September. I understand that things are backed up due to covid however 8-9 months waiting on a couch is insane. I specifically asked about the set/manufacturer while purchasing to try and prevent an issue like this & was reassured that it would be no issue and was supposed to receive December 1st. Why have massive sales if you cant provide the furniture? Very displeased with this experience. Would not recommend.

My husband and I stopped in to take a look at some furniture for our new home. We just wanted to see what kinds of items we found that we like. I always get nervous shopping for furniture because I feel like the employees are like cars salesmen. They are just waiting for you right when you walk in the door. Paula approached us and showed us where the bedroom and dining sets were. Paula was extremely helpful and she wasn't pushy like I have seen in other sales people.
She showed us where the things were that we wanted to see, then she left us alone. She told us where we could find her if we needed her or had any questions. We ended up finding both a bedroom and dining set that we absolutely loved. The bedroom set won't be in stock until May so we have to wait a couple months to get it, but it will be worth it. There were some great sales happening with President's Day, which was very helpful.

Gave the place another change. We ordered a new bunk bed. Literally pointed at the gray floor model. Was sent a brown one. Somehow salesperson wrote it up as walnut. Ordered the twin mattress to go with that bunk bed. Turns out it wasn't on the order. Had a new mattress and headboard ordered for a future date. Since none of it is custom we are canceling the entire order. The couch from approx a year ago (my last review) now looks years old and is pilling up awfully.

Thee single worst experience I have ever had purchasing furniture, ever. We went in on February 4, 2020 and were assured by our sales person that the couch we choose was one of the best sellers and as a result was "always in stock", even in the configuration we wanted. I paid $2700.00 for a sectional and was told "Mid February at the absolute latest". Great, we thought, we won't have to sit on the floor in our new home for long just a week and a half.
We called back around February 20th and inquired about the delay, to which they responded "End of March". We had a house warming party set for end of February. We had to literally order furniture from a different place to have in our house for people to sit on. I called and had to sternly tell them I wanted the $175 it was going to cost for a rental couch with delivery.
They offered $100 returned and $75 in store credit. I call back March 11th to check because they seem to not be able to meet deadlines and what do you know, MID April now! When is this game going to end?! They have no problem immediately debiting my account for $2700.00 but still have not delivered the couch. Meanwhile, we still have no couch and nobody seems to know anything. I employed EVERYONE who has had an awful experience to file a complaint with the BBB and leave a review not just here on yelp but also on Facebook and the BBB as well.

Amazing experience! Stopped in last Sunday to look at bedroom sets at the Avon location. Found exactly what we were looking for. Adam our salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, everything was in stock and delivered today (within a week). The delivery was the easiest delivery we have ever had, they txt us to let us know when they were close, were very polite and literally had a bed, mattresses, dresser, mirror, chest and two night stands moved in and set up within 20-30 minutes. We love the set. Will return when we are ready for new furniture.

I just received a delivery I've been waiting 8 weeks for. I sat in the $996 recliner right after the delivery van left and it collapsed on the right side. I have made 4 calls, and an email with no returned call. Customer service transferred me right over to warranty without even so much as an apology. I don't want my brand new never used chair repaired, come pick it up and refund me!

A little over a year and a half ago, we purchased a large sectional sofa, ottoman, and recliner at Levins in Avon. Our salesman was helpful and we utilized their credit plan at 0% interest. Anyway, to give an update.our furniture looks brand new, 1-1/2 years later. We elected not to purchase the warranty but we would not have needed it anyway. They have an enormous showroom and great selection. Highly recommended.

We paid off our couch after 5 months and made specific arrangement on selling our old couch we have now and renting a truck to pick up our new couch. They said the 15th and 19th of December we will be getting in the shipments of your couches. 15th rolls around no call (so figured maybe someone had a first come first serve) the 19th is tomorrow (Tuesday) so we have sold our couch on Sunday and pre paid for a truck on Tuesday to pick up couch at the store.
I called today and they said we were never scheduled for delivery and now it will come in on Thursday the 21st. Now we have to pay for another truck and have no couch for another couple days in our living room. Will never do business here again. *They fixed my problem and I received my couch on the 19th. Thank you. Couch is great. Updated to 1 Star to 4.

I went here once, to buy a desk. I saw some of what they had online and wanted to compare. Everyone ignored me. Maybe it was because I was a woman shopping without a man. Maybe it was because I was young, I dunno. I had been planning to purchase a desk that day, but they were so unhelpful then I ended up going home and googling the desk to see if it was available anywhere else.
It was (also sold by Walmart. ewwwww. and Home Depot apparently) I ended up buying it online from Home Depot and received the desk 3 months sooner than I would have if I bought it here, plus I saved more than a hundred dollars. Also, Home Depot had the desk available with more color options than Levin's. Just don't waste your time.

I just left this store. I was here 1 hour. I walked past almost every worker and I looked at them smiled and said hello. They looked down or walked past me. 2 women employees were sitting in chairs gossiping instead of asking if I needed help. I found what I want and will now look online to buy it. So disappointed in this store.

I am a big fan of Levin Furniture. I believe it is the best quality and value for the price. This location always has sales and the staff are not pushy like most stores. I am making this review from a purchase this fall (October, 2016). I purchased a sofa, oversized chair, ottoman and small dining table. All for under $2,000 and to top it off all of it was financed at 0% for 24 months. I am not a fan of credit for stores but this was too good to pass up.

Stopped in to check out a desk for my home office and just to look around. Stuff looks cheap-ish. Take away the pillows and interior decorating. All that's left is overpriced and warehouse looking furniture. Found the exact same desk online for almost $200 less. Delivery was free. Levin wanted $60. I guess they have to charge a bunch more for that valuable real estate.
When I first saw construction on their site, I was real excited to see what was going up. When I found out it was Levin, ugh. Should have stayed at the other location. Drive by there a million times a month and hardly ever see any cars. Somebody at Levin HQ is headed for unemployment.
