Founded in 1981 in a small warehouse in Costa Mesa, CA and built off a passion for enjoying the outdoors, California Patio started selling outdoor leisure products from industry leaders and began developing some of the best industry relationships, many of which still exist today. Chris and Alita were awesome. Their customer service was above and beyond. I can't say enough good things of how Chris went out of his way to help us with our new fire table. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Don't let the price discourage you from stopping by and looking at the high quality items California Patio has to offer.

We were in the market for outdoor furniture for our new pool. Very high quality furniture was available to choose from. It was difficult to chose from the many nice pieces. The owners were very helpful from picking the ideal furniture to loading it in my truck. Came back the next week and bought more.

I would like to comment on Brad's false accusations he made in his message. Firstly, Brandon in the Encinitas store found my name and the umbrella I specially ordered from California Patio in their system. Yes, that was me that went into the Encinitas store and not some imposter, lol. Second, I went to the Encinitas store to inquire about a broken tilt button on my umbrella. Yes, Brandon quoted me a price of 2k for a new frame, I am not lying. Third, you claim I put my umbrella up in the wind and that is why the tilt button is broken.
That is false! I've had my umbrella in storage and there is no way I would put my umbrella up in the wind. At this point, I don't care about the broken tilt button. I don't know how it happened. All I wanted was to have it repaired. I do care how this business manager /customer service treats their customers. I called the business office hoping I could explain my side of the story and no reply so that is why I had to write this message.

I just had an amazing experience buying patio furniture with the help of Marissa. She knows the products inside and out, is very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions easily and is extremely efficient. Not bad either is that everything I'm ordering is in stock and I will have my delivery in three days! I recommend them highly for your patio furniture needs.

I'm really ready to purchase quality patio furniture. They have a nice selection and lovely pieces. Looking for interested sales staff who want to help you. Don't bother coming here! Two reps were working.neither had customers. However, both didn't bother to greet me. I first asked the woman sitting by the window about how a specific brand held up next to the ocean.
Her response: "Well, it's powder coated!" I replied that I really liked it.but not one other response or moment of help form her. I asked another sales rep for help on the tile tables. He handed me a set of samples and basically said here's what you can order and walked away. I waited awhile for him to come back. I couldn't find so I finally left the store.

Shopped for new outdoor set here - priced costco online but so much better seeing and sitting in real life. Chanelle (a trained and college degreed specialist in interior design)was wonderful to work with - good recommendations and she listened well to what we were looking for in price and style. They were having a sale - so we felt pretty good about the prices, and the warranties are really solid.
No cheap throw away furniture here. If you are looking for quality - and the ability to customize finish etc for tables et al - this is a great place to come. Will update when all is delivered and they may even get 5 stars.
