Nadeau Home

If I could rate ZERO I would. I only had one experience with Nadeau and this is the last, there are so many other furniture places in the twin cities that don't sell broken products and understand the concept of customer service, In November we bought a $900 (including delivery) Marble coffee table, a few days after it was delivered we realized that there was a crack on the marble.

Lucky for us we took this picture in the store and when zooming could see that the crack was much smaller but already present when we bought it. We contacted the store, had to send a reminder because we were not getting a response, and finally were told that sales are final and this is our responsibility to check the product before buying it. As a compensation we were offered a $100 credit store (may be to buy more broken products?).

I read the contract at the back of the invoice, that you only get once you've paid, and yes it says that sales are final and we should inspect the product. Since I have tried to contact Josh the so called store manager and I've never received an answer. Except if you don't care about customer service, this place is not worth it.

What a gem of a store! Beautiful, unique furniture, great staff and excellent prices. I'm still giddy about the things I bought for my new home - any I've been looking for months for the perfect pieces. I walked in and found what I wanted in a blink of an eye. I can't say enough of how fabulous the style of this store is. You gotta go!

Amazing selection and experience from the sales people - I went with a goal and came out a very happy guest. LOVE my new natural wood console stand for my TV and electronics.

Their furniture is great! They cater to a lot of different styles. I love that their wood furniture is real, solid wood. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is always so nice and helpful.

Nadeau is the perfect store when you are looking for a something that is unique and has personality that you can't find at any major furniture store. Even when I don't need any furniture, I love a periodic walk through - you never know what great and unique ideas you might find there. I saw a circular shelf today and realized it was the perfect solution to my bathroom decorative dilemma.it works perfectly and I didn't even go there with that intention. Hurrah! Plus the staff that work there are always friendly and helpful but not pushy like some other furniture stores. Definitely a favorite local store of mine!

Purchased several pieces from Nadeau with the help of Angela. Very happy with my purchases! Excellent price point and great shopping experience. Looking forward to the new Minnetonka location being a bit closer to me. :

A store full of gem finds. Walked in for a console table to transform my bland entryway, and found an inspirational piece. I feel there are so many things that you might miss out on if you are not paying attention. Definitely the place to go for unique finds!

Great spot to find unique and beautiful items for your home! Decent variety too, from little trinkets, platters, and pillows to big tables and entertainment center type stuff. Helpful (but not smothering) staff as well.

You can find really nice, unique pieces of furniture at Nadeau for very reasonable prices. I have seen similar pieces at much higher prices at RH, Crate & Barrel, etc. Very friendly staff, and very helpful if you need any assistance. I have already recommend this store to a few of my friends and family members! Nadeau does not allow returns, so make sure you love the piece you are buying.

Bought a lot of my furniture from there in a day. All of the employees were super nice and helpful. This is my go to place for any special piece you are missing in your home.
