I love shopping at Sofa's and Chairs, Especially when the cute dachshund is around! I have personally purchased an American leather electric recliner and I'm absolutely loving my new recliner! The leather is ultra soft and premium, down inside my couch, and I was able to pick the exact color of leather I wanted from numerous choices, essentially color I could think of! I'm starting to think. what will be next?

We went into the Roseville store looking for a sofa and other pieces. We found a sofa we liked displayed in the showroom. The owner Greg and associate Charlene expressed to us the sofa was of great quality and it will last a life time. They helped us select the fabric and we placed the order January 2017. We were told it would be done in 8 weeks, we did not get the sofa until end of April 2017.
When they delivered the sofa we noticed the back cushions were punched down and not filled properly like the one displayed in the showroom. It also appeared they stacked other furniture on the sofa during the delivery process as there were dents on the cushions. Then we noticed the nail heads on the front of the sofa were uneven and crooked in places.
The fabric was not even on the arms of the sofa as well. It looked like we were given an old sofa that was several years old based on the condition of the product. I called to the Roseville store and spoke to Charlene who didnt even remember who we were, and expressed how diappointed we were in the sofa and this was not the same product we saw in the showroom in roseville.
I expressed to her that we wanted the sofa to be taken back to the store and we wanted a refund. She told me she would talk to the owners and asked me to bring the cushions into the store so they could refill them. I told her we paid for the delivery, it is only right they come back and get the sofa because it is not the quality promised to us. We called several times, sent at least a dozen emails and were ignored.
We then gave them a deadline to call us or we would take them to court for fraud. It is now September 2017, they never responded and now we are going to court. I would never purchase anything from this company, they have zero customer service etiquette, poor quality products and they dont stand by their promises.
