I purchase a Bradington Young Power recliner from Hinson Furniture on 3/2/18, $1,671 and it has been nothing but trouble. Within a year Hinson had to get a new motor & fix the chair. Let me add here that my household consist of 2 senior/small frame adults & no children to abuse this product. We started having trouble again about a year later & Hinson ordered another part which I then had to pay for & was told I needed to get my own repairman.

This model does not have a Manuel operation feature so it is useless now as a recliner. This is obviously a defected product they are selling & now I have a very expensive chair that does not work. I will not be purchasing from Hinson in the future!

This store was design for a certain class of people furniture is top quality but not all that pretty, I have seen better, ask them how many blacks buy from this store, check out that empty parking lot, you can have top quality furniture but you should have prices to attract all people. Some just want to keep it in the family.

We purchased a couch here in 2019. The couch looks as good as new, and sits as good as new. The salesman told me that, and it had held up to the test of time. We will be back to purchase additional pieces for our house.

I am one who believes that you pay for what you get, plain and simple. Hinson Gallery carry's very high quality items that are meant to last. As I get money saved up I come here and buy pieces that will last for generations. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend, fantastic experience, worth the drive! Hinson Galleries offers a vast selection of furniture, art, rugs, lamps, designer fabrics, and accessories. The showroom was larger than any I have visited in the southeast. After a brief introduction, the employees addressed us by name- and they were busy that day! It was obvious that details were an important part of the company culture.

The customer service and design assistance were very impressive, thank you Laura Kunze and Jeanie Bross. Laura listened to my wants, asked questions regarding how the space would be used, and took into account the older furniture that I wanted to keep in the room. I now have a plan mapped out for future purchases that will compliment my dreamy new leather chair, happy lamp, and comfortable sofa.

All pet paw protected- and pet approved purchases! There was no pressure to make an impulsive purchase. The experience was the equivalent of having a great friend with interior design expertise helping you select the perfect furniture. Hinson Galleries will delight even the pickiest shopper.

Just FYI Everything you buy here is made to last a long time. Hence why I come here! Really nice people, and good quality furniture like they used to make it. You pay for quality, but it is worth it!

The prices are way too expensive. Their markup is huge which means they are profiting a great deal off of every sale to pay for commissions and owner profits. There are other places to buy high quality furniture at much more reasonable prices. I found the same sectional elsewhere for $5000 less. They wanted to sell it to me for $9500, unbelievable. I am so glad I searched other options before becoming a price gouge victim here.

Beautiful, high quality furniture. However, furniture was not delivered or ready at the time stated on the date of purchase. I ordered furniture over two months ago, and am still waiting for it, with no gaurantee of when it will be available. Also, the salesperson did not enter the bed from my order, and to solve the problem, they wanted to give me the floor model, but were unwilling to give a discount for their error.

If I purchase a floor model, I expect a discount, because it's essentially "used". A floor model discount is typical business practice. I have not found the sales staff to be helpful or willing to do anything to make this situation better. When spending $9,000 on furniture, you would expect not only quality, but better customer service.

I think they need a course on customer service. The prices are completely ridiculous. But the furniture seemed decent.

We dropped by just to browse, and met Laura Kunze. She was such a gracious and welcoming young lady. She ended up coming to our new and unfurnished home, designing furniture for what I thought would be impossible to furnish, and I am so very happy with the result. She came when the truck delivered the furniture to help set it up. This store is perfect for anyone, especially the hesitant and undecided shopper as I am.
