My children and I lost our home Due to a fire and my insurance company furnished my apartment with a furniture lease Through this company. The furniture was junk at best when they placed it in my home. After a year of payments they still charged me for the furniture saying it was damaged. After taking the furniture from My home, they said I could have it back or it would be thrown away.
Either way I had to pay for it. When we went to get it back they didn't even return everything and attempted to Charge for items I never had. They took advantage of me and my family and further victimized us. I am very disappointed in Colony Leasing and their customer service. This has been a traumatizing experience. Never again Colony Furniture. I will Definitely share my Experience whenever the opportunity presents itself.
