I can send her a picture or short description of what I need and she replies with options rather than the most expensive option. Outstanding experience with DBI. I was looking for a desk, chair, and small filing cabinet, so DBI was where I chose because they have a local showroom. I stopped in and was greeted by Lucas who was awesome. He quickly and efficiently suggested a chair which was reasonably priced and great. They had discounted items in their showroom. I decided to go with a professional motorized desk which was customized for my needs.
The top I chose was a gray wood grain looking finish that is durable and I love. They delivered it quickly and I love it. Everything is great for my office and exactly what I need to occasionally work from home. Thank you to Lucas and DBI, I cannot highly recommend them enough! Thanks, Eric Lansing

DBI is a great company to do business with because of their awesome customer service. Kristen Rosas is one of the best sales people I've ever worked with. She is always extremely helpful, pays close attention to detail, and is very friendly and outgoing.
