Dont waste your time hear. I walked in on some wine dinner party noone asked to help us. I had to say thank you on my way out just so they knew I was there. Never will I go there again. Go find better furniture for better prices at Ashley furniture or anyone else! Shame on you!

Initial customer service is good, but after the order is placed it quickly goes down. Our order was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks and we're still waiting after 14 weeks. At this time we cannot get a straight answer. Would never buy from them again and obviously not recommend them.

The staff is very helpful! They had exactly what I needed. They negotiated price and I was very pleased! Would definitely recommend going in to see them! Free delivery and take away for free was definitely an unexpected perk!

Would not buy furniture from them again, waited forever to get it and it wasn't the quality we seen in store and over priced. They would not do anything for us. The furniture is three years old and we will be replacing it soon and it could have been replaced sooner, put pillows around to support it for sitting. Definitely not worth the overprice we paid. Stopped in to look for a sofa and was thrilled by their customer service and offer to help me find something I really liked. When I finally found a piece but mentioned that I wished it was a different size and that I'd like a different color and fabric, they showed me catalogs where it could be done to my specifications. Really friendly people with great prices.

I can't say enough good things about them. Their delivery was SUPER FAST (delivered within a few days) The guys who brought it in and set everything up for me were quick and courteous. Overall, I'm super happy to have bought with them and will be going back for more!

This was the worst experience ever! This company is not good at customer service or communication. I ordered a table in March and was told it would be three weeks. It is May 18th and I just got my order. They did not call me once to let me know what was going on, and when I called the person I spoke to acted like it was an inconvinence to check the status of my order.

When the table was finally delivered there was a scratch on it which they colored in with a marker. The only compensation I was offered was an apology for the order taking so long. I tried to support a local business expecting to get better service, and instead I was treated as an insignificant nuisance.

Was in the store for 10 minutes and no one approached me at all. I had been gardening and did look a bit rough, maybe they thought I couldn't afford to shop with them. Thought merchandise looked ordinary and overpriced and the store smelled funny. I left without so much of an acknowledgment I had ever been there.
