I'm writing this post from my awesome hot tub! The outdoor kitchen, bench around the fireplace, and patio for the hot tub is top-notch craftsmanship! These guys were so easy to work with and so kind and professional! I will use them when I do more work in my yard.

I had them out for a quote the salesman said end of day Monday latest. Two weeks later nothing after 2 more contacts. I went with another company. I would stay away.

Great people to work with from start to finish. We had an awesome experience with our designer, Adam, who helped bring all of our ideas to life. Matt and Scott were in charge of our actual project and did an excellent job with communication and making sure everything was up to our standards. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped. Would recommend this company for any outdoor project!

We had a great experience at Fun Outdoor Living, 8914 Pineville Matthews Road, this last Saturday. Ken greeted us when we walked in and started working with us to understand why we wanted a Hot Tub. He asked some great questions about our expected usage, the benefits we were looking to achieve, etc. This is our second Hot Tub, but it's been 20+years.

He was patient as my wife and I asked question after question. Then we started sitting in the different dry Hot Tubs that we thought met our budget and needs. My wife even had him sit in two of the tubs with us to get a feel for more people in the unit. Then he offered us the chance to do a 'wet test.' What that means is he came into the office an hour before opening the following day, a Sunday, and let us get into the tub to see how the water and jets felt. We purchased a tub, it won't be here for a bit, but we are delighted that Ken helped us find exactly what we need for our family.

We purchased a hot tub through Ken at Fun Outdoor Living. After finally getting the electrical hookup completed, I was prepping to slog through the instructions for treating the water. But before I got started, Ken called to check on our progress. I told him our status and he patiently provided verbal guidance over the phone. He contacted me multiple times afterwards to make sure everything was working and provided tips to maintain the hot tub. We appreciated that Ken took the initiative to follow up - by doing so, he made our initial set-up as easy as possible. Great support and great customer service!

If you are in the market to upgrade your outdoor living space, you need to give Fun Outdoor Living a call! Andrey took our vision to reality! We gave him an overview of what we wanted to do and he took it and ran with it. The crew that worked on our space was professional, courteous and were there when they said they'd be there and worked hard! Our new outdoor space is going to be great for fall fires!

We are so excited! All that is left to is to place the hot tub when it comes in. Here is a before/after shot of the space. I highly recommend if you are in the Charlotte area to check them out for your next outdoor space renovation.

Overall FOL did a great job. The quality of the work and the finished product is amazing. The workers on-site delivered perfection. I would rate the work a 5 out of 5. Communication and coordination can definitely improve as I often did not know where things stood or when workers were showing up. I found this to be frustrating. At times, I seemed to be the person connecting the dots for the workers showing up.

I would rate this a 3 out of 5. But the final result is exactly what I wanted. I do not have a single punch list item outstanding. Anything I was unhappy about got quickly resolved and exceeded my expectations. If you want a high quality product, delivered by quality workers AND can deal with some minor frustrations around communication and coordination.this is the place to call.

I highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living for your backyard project. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough inspection, the team leader on each project provided fantastic communication with what was to come and when. Their attention to detail, and professional approach with a very personal touch made the whole experience pleasant and rewarding.

I went with pavers, and a fireplace, as well as a Hot Springs Spa and could not be happier. Landscaping fixes and follow up customer service were an added bonus to justify this solid 5 star rating.

We had a paver patio installed by FOL last week. From start to finish, the process was very easy. Andrey came out to the house twice before we began construction to help with a change in scope due to our HOA impervious limits. The crew was super fast and completed our patio in 1.5 days with amazing quality. I would 100% recommend using FOL! We will be using them in the future for a hob, deck, and outdoor fireplace. Can't say enough about Fun Outdoor Living. Highly recommend! Our previously unusable backyard has now become our favorite spot to be thanks to Andre, Oscar and team. Andre worked with us through several iterations of plans looking to maximize the views while dealing with a number of challenges including steep inclines & minimal access. He provided a number of options and would offer up suggestions to make things that we wanted more economical or better alternatives to achieve the same end goal. Oscar, John and Oscar Jr. completed the work quickly and left the area tidy each night. Andre was accessible and flexible - meeting with us on the weekends and evenings. Hot tub arrives in July.

We had a wonderful experience with Fun Outdoor Living. Andrey came out to the house, we discussed our vision, plants we liked and what we wanted to achieve. He looked at the space, sat down with his lap top and created a plan. Melissa submitted all the paperwork for our HOA ( I was dreading that). It was approved in a week! Within a couple weeks they came out and completed the job in a day and a half. Andrey came out the day of the project to make sure everyone knew the plan. FOL uses their own crew too. That's very important because a lot of landscapers subcontract the projects. They use quality plants too. When the project was done they came out to check the work and make sure we were happy. Give them a call and start living your outdoor space.

So this review is long overdue, but better late than never. We purchased a hot tub from FOL and were extremely pleased with the sales and installation process. In talking with Andrey during the installation, we learned FOL also does landscaping, outdoor patio and kitchens etc. We contracted with FOL to have 12 trees (a combination of thujas and arborvitae), azaleas and purple fountain grass.

We also had them extend the sprinkler system into the back yard. Couldn't be more pleased with all of the work the team did. Again, great sales and service and follow up when we had questions. Highly recommend you reach out to Andrey for your needs.

We had been looking at installing a patio for about 2 years before we decided to go with Fun Outdoor Living. The entire planning, execution, and wrap up phases were extremely simple and required little to no effort on our part. The quality of work is great, and comes with a warranty! Would advise anyone looking to do patio/pergola work to give them a look!

I have been a customer of Fun Outdoor Living for almost a year now as FOL helped fit the terrace of my uptown townhouse with a hot tub and large outdoor kitchen. Andrey the manager is an extremely honest and thoughtful man. While customizing our outdoor kitchen, he made a concerted effort to understand both our budget and interests, studied our space, presented a CAD plan, gathered feedback, and ultimately delivered us exactly what we had envisioned.

On the install day which nearly 95 degrees, John the owner was out with his workers helping to guide the crane lifting the kitchen and tub onto the roof. Everyone on his staff is polite and was mindful of our home. Since then, they've continued to show top flight customer service. For example, my tub had a defected exterior panel which they replaced free of charge/hassle and have been a great resource anytime I have questions. Special thanks to Rich, Chris, and Jim as well. They recently did an awesome outdoor kitchen for my house. OMG it's amazing. We did a pizza oven, large gas fryer and huge grill, sink, refrigerator and eating bar. They really know their stuff. John is fantastic at the design and project management. We also replaced our two year old Twilight Series Master Spa with a Hot Springs Spa from Fun Outdoor as well. What a difference! The quality overall is superior and strength of the jets is twice as strong. If I could give them ten stars I would.

Well let me tell you about our salesman. He knew all the answers to every question. Ken was great! Took time with us and made us feel confident about our decision to go to fun Outdoor Living. We loved his demeanor towards us. We where on his level when it came to asking questions. It amazed me of the knowledge he knew about these beautiful spas. We took up a lot of Ken's time.

After struggling for too long trying to find anyone who could replace a built-in grill in our outdoor kitchen, we heard the ad for Fun Outdoor Living on the radio and decided to give them a try. We were put in contact with Dustin who we sent photos via text to assess if they could help us. We stopped in the Pineville location to meet him and review replacement grill options and found exactly what we were looking for. Dustin did a great job of walking us through what the installer would need to do to get he old grill out of the stone kitchen and fit the new one in with some light additional stone work to match since they weren't quite the same size.

The installer was also fantastic and made sure we were comfortable with everything they were doing, and make the stonework and mortar match perfectly. I was also impressed with Dustin's follow up visit to ensure we were fully satisfied. I purchased a jacuzzi from Fun Outdoor Living several years ago and have not been disappointed. The tub and whenever I had routine maintenance I found they were easy to work with, professional, and took care of me. They were also reasonable with me when I recently had an issue and asked for some consideration. I have never reviewed a company on Yelp before but felt compelled to do so since I am now moving out of the area and looking for a new jacuzzi vendor and company. I hope I find another company like these guys.

Popped in and ended up buying a new BULL outdoor grill. This store is really about FUN outdoor living as they have everything you could dream of to make your outdoor experience as posh as possible. I was drawn to their selection of both grills and hot tubs. There were lots of hot tubs and they were salt water ones. That means less maintenance. I love that they will build whatever you need in order to install their products. We are already talking about how we could extend our porch and put in a hot tub. It is just a dream at this point, but my job is to make dreams come true. Two thumbs up!

Bought a Hot Springs Jetsetter Tub 2 1/2 years ago with guidance from Ken in Pineville who made the perfect size recommendation for us. It was installed by FUN OUTDOOR quickly and on schedule. Tub is used 3-5 times monthly and is perfect! Last year had them return to install a large cedar pergola over our second-floor deck. Again, on-time, fair price, great work, and a neat and clean job! Will gladly buy from them again and we recommend them with confidence.

The team at Fun Outdoor living built our outdoor kitchen and fireplace, did a world class job and when we had an issue with a large plate coming off our fireplace (after 4 years) they came back promptly and fixed at no cost. Excellent company and highly recommend. They also installed a hot tub for us.

I am taking the time to write this review, not because of the work that was performed. The expectation of hiring any company is that they come in, do the work, clean up and leave beautiful work behind. So in my opinion that's not worth a review. I am providing this review due to the extraordinary customer service. It is a rarity that a company takes their customer's satisfaction to such heights.

We had a few mishaps due to miscommunication and Andre and the team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, from turning our hot tub by hand in 90+ degree southern temps to make sure the it was facing the way I envisioned to working with the electrician to make sure we all understood what the other was saying and serving as the intermediary between us.

Like I stated earlier, you expect a company to do good work, but going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction that's worth taking time out to provide a good review. Thanks Tracey

I made an investment in a top of the line grill. I was tired of buying an $800 grill every 3-4 years. My experience with Fun Outdoor Living was beyond expectations. From the purchase, to the install it was nothing but professional. I called with two minor issues recently and it may have been the best customer experience that I've ever had. Not only did they take care of my problem but they also went out of their way to complete my warranty information. Making sure they understood my problem and took the time to exceed my expectation. I probably won't need another grill in my lifetime, but they have my outdoor fun business for the ever. Thank you for proving customer service isn't a lost art.

Andrey and his team did a wonderful job on our project. We absolutely love the patio and the spa! Top class work and service! I had my outdoor patio installed in 2013. It looked great at first, but after about a year some problems surfaced including settling, brick separation, and edging bricks coming apart. The company did come back and fix these issues without charge in 2014. I had some of the same problems occur in n2016. I thought the warranty had expired and I was on my own.

After these issues was brought to the attention of Andre, he called me discussed the issues with me, and promised to resolve any issue I had. Within a couple of days he had a crew to my house and they fixed the issues in one day. He informed me that the company now offers a FIVE year warranty and his policy was to resolve any issues any customer may have.

I am happy with the results and am very pleased with the response he showed. The patio was reset, leveled, and cement was used to adhere the edging bricks. It looks good. I would happily recommend this company for your patio needs

I tried to get warranty work on a Kamado Joe grill and spoke to "Forrest" about a defective component in my grill. He was cordial, nice, and bent over backwards initially. However, as soon as he found out I purchased my grill from a Costco Roadshow he quickly changed his tune. His attitude went from wanting to replace my item to telling me I had to go through the Kamado Joe website directly. Wow.

Guess I won't be purchasing lump charcoal, accessories, or outdoor furniture from Fun Outdoor Living based on this initial interaction. It just didn't reflect favorably on the company or their dealer status. I don't mind going through the Kamado Joe website for warranty service but they suggest contacting a local dealer first. I also contacted a Kamado Joe area representative and she said this should not have happened. Bottom line: I'm glad I saved so much money on the purchase price of my new ceramic grill and will shop elsewhere for Kamado stuff locally.

I am now the proud owner of a Hot Springs spa purchased from Fun Outdoor Living. The main reason I purchased from Fun Outdoor is because of Andrey. I had met Andrey a couple of years ago at the Southern Living Show. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain his products. I remembered that conversation when I started to get serious about buying a spa.

I visited Fun Outdoor's Pineville store and was able to speak with Andrey again. What impressed me the most is how well he knew the mechanics of the Hot Springs spa. He pointed out several features that were unique to Hot Springs compared with the competition. And then Andrey said something I really appreciated - he said to go and compare this spa with competitor spas at the other dealers in town which I did.

What I found was that the Hot Springs Spas were superior from a design and construction standpoint. But what really impressed me was how much more Andrey knew about his product than the other dealers. After my purchase, Fun Outdoor worked with me on my deck construction schedule, storing the spa until I was ready for delivery. They then delivered the spa when I asked. Afterward, Andrey came to my home and helped me understand how to manage the chemicals and maintain the spa.

He is a very good communicator and I feel very comfortable with the operation of my new spa thanks to him. I highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living and especially Andrey. Call them for spas and also for a complete list of other services to make your outdoors as great or greater than your indoors!
