I purchased a bedroom set in March of 2021 less then a year ago and the night stand is already peeling it started peeling 5 months ago little by little now it looks horrible. It is Very CHEAP Quality made out of Particle Board. I regret purchasing this bedroom set at Warehouse Furniture. I have always purchased all my furniture at MOR and this has never ever happened I have 2 other bedroom sets very beautiful and I have had them for 6 years now and they are in very good condition.

I called customer service to put in a claim for the peeling night stand and they Denied my claim. Very bad customer Service I will never purchase anything else from Warehouse Furniture.

Would not recommend, terrible customer service and the furniture is cheaper than the price that it's at. Save your money and go some where else.

Customer service was excellent. Joel and Bea both answered all my questions. Great selection of furniture for every room in your home. Also, the prices wereI'm purchased a couch and it was delivered a fee hours later. Definitely worth checking out before going to the chain stores.

Purchased a bedroom set for granddaughter. had a feb issues but all issues were handled with great customer service, I'm ready for another bedroom set.they are the first place to go.

My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered my bedset to come on a Saturday between 9 and 5. Not only did I not get my bedset within that time frame but the driver blocked my number and I didn't even receive the bedset that day.the next morning when I came in for a refund I was told I could not get one because the bedset was ordered for me causing it to be a "special order".They also lied and said the driver did show up as if I wasn't waiting there the whole day. I did eventually receive the bedset on Monday but don't recommend this company. They are extremely unprofessional.

When delivery was scheduled, they were missing one piece of my furniture (bed frame) so they provided me a temporary frame. It took two weeks for them to get what i bought in and ready to ship to me. When they called me, they dictated when they could deliver because their schedule is already booked. They should be willing to accommodate delivery when the mistake was on their part.

My work schedule dictates what i can and can't do so i have to wait an additional week for what i paid for a month ago because they are putting me in the back of the delivery line. Thanks Joe.

This store is a complete joke. These people are giving themselves 5 stars. PLEASE DONT GO THERE. The fat guy is a very dishonest liar, he doesn't care about customers regardless of how much he smiles. He just wants to get his commission every time he does a sale or every time he successfully finances a customer. You have to be very careful because they say if you finance "you don't have to pay a single dollar until 2 years" which is a complete lie.

You have to do payments immediately the following month. They can ruin your credit score by believing that you don't have to do payments until two years. This store needs to be shut down asap!

Go see Joel Garcia. He is the best salesman to help you get approved and our financed. The staff is excellent.

Joel Garcia was amazing and will definitely work with you! He sent me pictures and gave me measurements, and when I finally decided on a couch he was able to have it delivered the same day! And the set up was so quick I love it, definitely would recommend this place to everybody! I am very ecstatic!

Wish I could give it NO stars! Apart from the furniture being such poor quality, they have the worst customer service/sales reps I have ever experienced. Joel Garcia was the rude person who unfortunately "helped" me get my couches. Apart from lazy hes super rude! I bought couches in September, which I had to pick up on my own because his lazy behind didn't want to bother checking for deliveries cause he was so eager to close up the warehouse and get me going.

I found out the next day they had plenty of spaces to make the delivery. I hadn't even hit the 30 day mark from buying the couches and they started sinking in like dents where you sit. They feel like they are about to break. There is no return/ exchange policy on their receipts on furniture that is sold cash/credit, so when I called to see if they could exchange my couches for better quality ones he kept saying no returns or exchanges and kept trying to hang up!

I contacted the BBB and their company has not responded to my complaint and now its been 2 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I PAID ABOUT $900 FOR THESE CHEAP COUCHES. I should of read all the reviews first! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHEAP PLACE AGAIN!

What can I say this place is absolutely perfect if you want good quality furniture at a great price look no further a one stop shop for all your home needs! Please take my word for it and ask for Joel Garcia I love them so much were family now I call Mr Garcia my Tio lol!

Please avoid buying furniture here. They'll sell you something from a catalog that isn't even in stock or won't be in stock for weeks/months later and LIE to you about it saying they'll have it delivered. The only way we knew we weren't getting the delivery the day promised is because we called to ask for a timeframe and suddenly we wouldn't be getting it because the bedframe would not be available until 2months later.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. Benefit of the doubt the first time but this seems like tactic to sell you only what they really have and what you did not want. Avoid this place spend a little more money for quality service.

I went to get a couch but came out with new dinning table instead, it was a very good experience since Diana helped us a lot since beginning to end I think they have affordable prices for quality furniture.

Needed a nice new bed that wasn't from Ikea and wasn't too expensive. This place met the middle ground. Thank you Joel Garcia for your help, you made it a great experience!

Unfortunately this business is run by very poor management. The manager himself is not professional and his employees aren't any better. We would not of purchased our sectional from there if we knew how their last business was run. Save your time and go elsewhere!

Recently moved to California. We really needed new bedroom furniture. The store manager Joel Garcia was great in assisting me in the pre approval process and he had his colleague Fernando assist me whenever I arrived. I picked out what I was looking for and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes with delivery on Thursday. I highly recommend them!

Worst service ever. Spent 1100 on some couches and delivery was bad waited 3 hours past the time of delivery. Once we figure out that they wasn't going to fit, so got charged for delivery and was told that I couldn't get my money back. After an hour of arguing finally got most of my money back they charged me 20 percent and delivery which came to about 300 dollars. Please don't shop here

I bought a Matress, mattress box and a cover sheet there. Paid almost 800 dollars, there was an insect INSIDE of the bag. It looked like a bed bug, so I went back and attempted to return the Matress with pictures as proof and he did not allow me to return the disgusting items! BED BUGS! He said I was not going to get my money back and simply replaced the Matress for another but I can't trust a place that sold me a bed with an insect inside of the cover plastic. DISGUSTING.

I got my dining table set and my couch set here about 7 years ago. My items still look new. Yes, I have kids three of them and yes they are little. I've had couch cleaning companies come clean my couches. Good material they still look great! I'm in need of more items for my house and this is my go to place. I can't wait to see what they have

Looking for a bedroom set, sofa, love seat, dinning set and more? This is the place for you. We bought our bedroom set here years back, and its still in great condition. Came here today and found the perfect bed frame and mattress for us. The only prob we had was they didnt have the color of the frame that we like. Thats the only thing they should improve i guess, have more options to choose from.

When we first went everything was great the salesman was fantastic, but after we ordered our couch and ottoman things changed. They delivered our couch early(great) but no ottoman. We were rudely told by the driver that it's on the next truck. Why do you need two trucks to deliver theses items. When I called they told me they had it sitting in their warehouse ( why not delivered) then asked if I wanted to pick it up when it was supposed to be delivered with the couch which is what I payed for.

They said they would deliver it by that Saturday I never received a call by any driver or the warehouse at all that day so I wasted a Saturday. then I called the following week and spoke to the manager Joel who informed me that my Ottoman was not in their warehouse which I was told twice that it was but that it was still being made because they didn't have enough material so why wasn't I told that in the beginning and just given the runaround?

He told me then that it would be delivered by that Saturday and still never received it. I will be asking for my money back which is upwards of 299+ tax just for the ottoman itself. I paid for a product i never received.

A Mob calling itself a Furniture Store. I bought a mattress and the salesman told me they had a cover for bed bugs. I bought the cover for $99 and after I opened it, there was no zipper and it was not for bedbugs. I returned it immediately and the manager Manny Maciel said there is a no return policy written in small print on your receipt and would not take it back.

I said I live in the US, not Mexico and you are applying a Mexican policy in Chula Vista. I added that I had never seen a photo of the cover and your sales' person should have mentioned to me that the cover has no zipper and that you have no return policy. In the end, another employee who said his name was Dan tried to defend his boss. I looked around and realized I was talking with mob members operating in the US under the name of a furniture store. I took the cover and left. I plan to report them to BBB so they will not have the chance to rob anyone else again.

I think furniture from here last about 8 years or less. And that's giving a generous amount of time; plus considering that you really take care of your stuff. I bought bedroom sets, tables, and couches from here before. They have a nice style for a low price, but the quality is not as long lasting as from higher end department stores. And they are super persistent in you purchasing.

Very annoying at times. If you want to compare quality, just go to Jerome's or Costco and pull out a drawer and feel the well built smooth and glide on their furniture compared to the ones at the furniture warehouse. Don't be deceived, you really do get what you pay for. This place is ok if you don't have the money yet to purchase sturdy long lasting furniture.

Horrible customer service. Went in yesterday afternoon to purchase a mattress that was advertised. I don't recall the name of the man who helped us, but he was a bald, chubby Caucasian man. Since we knew what we wanted we wanted him to show us the location and he just pointed out the beds and said he will be back. We waited for 5 minutes and the guy never came back.

We went to the front rock to find him- he made eye contact with my boyfriend and walked away on his cell phone. Well we really wanted the bed, and assumed he was the only problem. The old lady with red hair who clearly worked there too, walked right past us and didn't acknowledge us or even smile as she walked past potential customers. We left immediately and went to Ashley's Furniture in Chula Vista and purchased the same mattress for $50 less because we didn't want the box spring. Never returning!

I bought a couch from this place 4 years ago and it's starting to sag and become uncomfortable. Stopped in to see what else they had to offer and were practically chased around the store by multiple employees to help us. Since we are just window shopping for right now I didn't want to involve any sals people. They asked if we needed help and we said no thank you.

They immediately asked what we were looking for and we said just looking around. They'd follow that question with "what are you looking around for, we have some great sales". again, "we're just looking around, thank you". Two couches down, "is that the style you're looking for?" Sir, we are just looking around, thank you. Didn't see anything that was our style so we ran out of the store before anyone could ask us any more questions!
