Got a king size bed and a bunk bed here. First the bunk bed broke/collapsed in less than a month. Told them about it and nothing was done about it. Fast forward a few months, the king size broke too. Take it from me, worse place to buy a furniture.

Lots of nice stuff. Very very dusty. Mirrors not clean. Tables with thick with dust. Never seen a furniture store so unclean.

Great place with a wide selection of merchandise! Ton was super nice and helpful and was able to point us to the exact furniture that we were looking for! I would reccomended this store to anyone looking for good quality and fair price furniture!

Nice furniture selection. We went for a dinning room set. Staff was friendly and came right over to us. Gave us info without pressure. We did purchase a nice dinner table, left it there that night and returned the next to bring it home. Lots of parking in the back.

We have been dealing with City Furniture for about 15 years. We have always been satisfied with their products. In January of 2019, we bought a mattress from their store. We have gotten mattresses from them before but they were reputable brands. This time we decided to buy the City Furniture brand. It looked amazing for the price. In 15 months the center had staged.

I went to the store and complained. Usually a mattress will last up to 3 years without any problem. They said that they would send a company over for $50.00. I asked how they measure the sag. They said lazer. They measure without the person laying on the mattress. Of course it will not sag the 1.5 inches they need to replace the mattress. It's a scam. Do not buy the City Furniture brand. Instead buy a brand you know makes good mattresses.

Bought a mattress and bed frame here and got them delivered and set up! The service was great. When I walked in the salesmen practiced social distancing with a mask (they also have pleno glass when checking out) while also taking care of any concerns and gave me recommendations. I ended up buying a bamboo mattress that is comfy and cool since I tend to run hot while sleeping AND it was on sale!

The man who came to deliver and set up my bed frame was so strong, efficient and polite! I would def recommend someone to get their furniture needs met here and to get it delivered. There's no point in stressing yourself out to get it all set up. The price was definitely reasonable and I would come here again.

This place sucked I spent $1,400 on a pair of couches. They get delivered and one has a cracked wood. City takes it back said they would fix. A week later same shit is delivered. What the fuck.

Don't buy furniture here. Really really cheap product. I usually don't like to be the guy that complains but very bad customer service and bad product. I bought a table set and the chair broke in less than 3 months. Didn't want to buy expensive set because we hardly dine in it basically it's there for looks but only time we used it and it broke.

We still had to pay for installation which they cracked because they tightened too much. We notified it to owner and he said it's like that. stay way from this furniture store.

Been buying all of our furniture from here for almost a decade now. Living room sets, bedroom sets mattresses everything! Love love love.

We happen to discover this furniture store on Azusa Ave. We have not bought furniture since 1978. We were so pleased with our choice and Mr Lee who's opinion helped us. The delivery team was quick and professional as well carrying our new furniture to our 2nd floor apartment. We highly recommend checking city furniture out when looking to buy one piece or a room full. They have some very unique room dividers too!

Excellent prices for their kitchen table set and sofa. The delivery personnel came to my town home and assemble everything in less than 15 minutes tops. Service here is better than Sears and cost less as well.

Came in on a slow Saturday with the Girlfriend. Upon entering a man introduced himself and started following us around. He was nice enough and started giving us prices. I asked him to write down the price of a dining table on a business card so I can come back later. I told him were visiting many furniture stores today and I wasn't ready to purchase until I have seen my options.

He told me the price he gave me was only for right now if I bought it. He then padded me on my back and told me to come back when I had money, then walked away. He actually told me to come back for prices when I was ready to buy, but it kinda felt the same. I left afterwards and didn't go back because of the service, I figure if I'm spending $700+ on a dining set I might as well have decent service. Well that's my story, take a chance on them but there people skills are terrible.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I spoke to an extremely rude gentleman who refused to sell me a frame because i thought the price he gave me was a little pricey. I was still going to purchase the frame from him for $50 for a twin! But since he refused i decided to stop by covina trading post that has been around for years and they had a better frame for less money brand new. Sad to see city furniture going down hill the way it has.

The guy sold up a furniture set for 900 and told us he wouldn't charge us tax even if we paid with card so we proceeded. Three days later called us and asked us to pay 50$ fee. Ummm NO bad business.

Purchased a desk and chair here. Good quality. And was able to haggle the price, if paying with cash. Walked the store a few times and had to shout "hello!" before an employee came out. But once they did they were very nice, not pushy at all. While walking the store I saw the current couch and love seat set that I own, but I purchased it from Mathis brothers and it was cheaper here at City Furniture.

This place has nice furniture and their prices are reasonable. I bought a very nice bedroom set and I'm very satisfied. They delivered it in a timely manner. The delivery guys work very hard to keep furniture safe, and it's nice to tip them since they do so much heavy lifting.

My wife was looking for a dinning room table and taking me all over the place. We found city furniture and Henry gave us a really good price on something we both finally agreed on. When I need some more furniture I come back here. The only reason why it's 4 stars rather than 5 is when I came to pick it up there was only a nice little lady to help me and basically all though she tried her best when I had to load the 185 pound table in my cargo van that was really tough.

It was of course in a box but being so heavy I ended up scratching a small area on the table unfortunately while loading it. Other than that you get what you pay for and I feel the table very good quality for the good price I got.

I came in to have a look mostly because this store is in a row with another furniture store and a mattress store. It has mixed reviews on here and I can see why after I visited. The couple that owns the store is very nice and there seems to be a lot of selection. But.the prices seemed like they were marked up so they could be bargained down.and I HATE that. Is there a problem with just pricing things at the price you can sell them at instead of inflating them so it looks like a deal? I am still shopping and will update with more reviews if I find anything good.or bad. =

I like to support mom and pop shops. I didn't buy anything here because they didn't have many options for me to buy. The amount of stuff is limited but I did find one I found OK but decided against it because it was a big overpriced for the quality. It wasn't bad quality. There were some stuff that was really great, but I wasn't looking for a set of stuff.

I was just looking for a bed base. Still looking :P The cheapest bed frame they had was $399 for an ok frame. Eh. I could get a frame for better quality for that price. SERVICE: They were nice. Not pushy. Really cute Asian couple. I really hope they do well in business. The great thing about this store is that I think you could negotiate because they are a mom/pop shop - esp if you pay in cash.

They just didn't have what I was looking for in a bed. I say if you are looking for SETS of stuff, come here. I found a bedroom set that was pretty nice there for $699 (5 piece). Pretty good. but I'm not looking for a set. -_- PARKING: free parking in the back and street OVERALL: Pretty good for sets. Just not what I was looking for. Limited selection of Cal King beds.

Went here with a friend who was looking for a leather sofa. I used to sell leather couches so I'm pretty well versed in what's leather/pleather/wanna be leather and the like. It's a pretty big store and they have LOTS of stuff. My complaint is. A) I should've read the very first review. B) The sales person kept talking about a sofa being all leather.when clearing it was only the face (Front) that was actual leather.

The sides and back were pleather. The price would have been good had the couch actually been ALL leather but it wasn't. The salesman's insistence that it was became an immediate turn off to me. I got the distinct impression he was saying whatever he could to make the sale which is not the way I shop. Now in fairness.possibly the salesman isn't up to speed on the differences in leather and "leather" sofas.

But that really isn't an excuse because the salesman should KNOW. My friend, not really knowing the difference probably would have gotten talked into the deal.but like the first reviewer said. "the salesman promised us anything just to finish the deal" Buyer beware. The other stuff in the store could be just fine so keep that in mind as well. I am ONLY talking about the "leather" sofas.

Do not go here they scammed me. The people who work here are really pushy, they don't care about anything but getting a sale. The guy who works here (Stanley) told me that he would have a futon that I was interested in brought in from his supplier. He had me pay $50 and told me that when I come back to look at it if I don't like it he will refund me my money. I did not take the futon and I am still trying to get my money back. Don't waste your time here they are shady and the furniture is poor quality too.
