I was treated immediately as I entered the store. The salesperson Lisandro was very professional. He explained the whole process of buying outdoor dining set. Set up my delivery date. Bought it on May 4. It was delivered on May 8. The young man that delivers was punctual. He called and let me know he would be arriving in 25 minutes. Was very professional. Took care of setting it up.
I had a great experience with Outdoor Elegance. Look forward to using them again in the future. Will highly recommend to friends and neighbors. Thank you guys. Really happy with my outdoor dining set!

Appreciated their great service and honesty on delivery time of our replacement cushions. Also appreciated that they were pro active in having us select other option - in case we wanted the cushions sooner - if our first choice wasn't in stock. This place has lots of good ideas for your yard. The biggest issue is their prices. Better plan to refinance your house if you expect to buy anything but they're small yard decorations. I had hoped it would be more reasonable as last time it was 10 years ago that I walked through here. Must be more movie stars living in this neighborhood that I'm aware of.

Outdoor Elegance offers beautiful patio furniture and exceptional customer service. I bought an umbrella several years ago at a great price and they even delivered it. I recently moved to a new house and accidentally left the mounting pieces behind. The staff at Outdoor Elegance was able to immediately find all of the pieces I needed to set up my umbrella at my new house. Highly recommend them!

Found the perfect outdoor dinning table here with Joseph's help. He was amazing knowing the product and was able to answer all my questions. I love the show room the products are all high end and displayed so you wanted to stay and visit a while. We also shop here for all of our fountain supplies and barbecuing needs. They make you feel like family at Outdoor Elegance.

Joseph did an amazing job in taking care of us and making sure we had a look at all options for our recent purchase of an outdoor dining table and chairs. Not only did attend to our needs, he also had the purchase assembled, delivered and installed within 24 hours, just in time for our family dinner. Walked in the store at 5:45pm, store closes @ 6pm. Me been in business know you hate when someone comes in right before you close. The people working here tonight where amazing. Rob the manager who I talked to prior to walking into the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. Never rushed me or made me feel push to buy anything. I purchased 3 fire bowls for my Pool remodel and will be coming for more. The prices are fair, , not the cheapest but you pay what you get. There stuff is all high quality and elegant. Thank you Rob.

I purchased a bench recently for a small project in my garden. The sales associate was beyond helpful. With minimal experience in the gardening department, he was extremely patient and showed me different options without a need to try to "sell" me on anything. I have a keen eye for customer service and will walk away on a good deal if Need to. This was definitely not the case.
I will go back and refer all of my friends/fam to this store. Bench and statues are beyond my expectations. And I'm happy to know there are people out there who know how treat other people!

We bought a water fountain July of 2019 $1450.00. After the first rain the fountain started to lose it's color they picked the fountain up and it took months for them to replace it, when they started to set the fountain up I noticed the bowl was the wrong color so they took it back. In Aug 2020 a year and one month after I paid for it they finally returned it, however, they were not able to center it causing dings and scratches.
We were told they would return with paint to repair damages and use silicone around top of the fountain bowl. They did return to fix the dings and scratches Aug 14th but forgot to use the silicone. I contacted Outdoor Elegance on Aug 17th I'm still waiting for them to return to finish the process. I've been a Outdoor Elegance customer for over 15 years.

Great store with a broad selection of items. Salespeople were helpful but never pressured or hovered like some other furniture stores. We have been shopping for new patio furniture and OE has by far the largest selection of higher-end manufacturers. It was worth the 10 mile roundtrip from Calabasas to look. We did not buy on this visit but will definitely stop through anytime we are in the market for anything outdoors.

Outdoor elegance is truly elegant. I've ordered an outdoor fireplace and outdoor fountain and both were impeccable. Installed by Joseph in just a few minutes. He took the time to explain how things work and things to keep an eye out. Seems frequently there's a problem but not here. Highly recommend!

This review is well overdue! Joseph was outstanding in helping us build the outdoor patio of our dreams. We love to be outdoors and decided to make the investment of buying high quality items from Outdoor Elegance. Joseph gave us great advice on which options he would suggest. He worked within our budget offering pros and cons for the different items we wanted. We are thrilled with our backyard and highly recommend that people take the time to invest in products where you can see a quality difference and they will last a long time.

I just absolutely lobe when I get amazing service. Recently I when to shop here for some cleaner protector for our older outdoor furniture. You know getting ready for summer and all. They greeted me at the door, went out of their way to help me. Because they were so awesone I also remembered I really needed a few replacement umbrellas, which they had right there.
As I drove off in my convertible with the umbrellas sticking out the back I thought I need to say something positive. Also, I was not surprised to hear it is a family run joint. Thanks all at Outdoor Elegance my backyard is looking awesome.

So glad we stopped! Hubby and I looked at 2 other patio stores over the weekend and found lack of service and poor selection ugh! Came in to Outdoor Elegance and was greeted by Mel very gracious! Offered bottled water while we looked at dining sets as well as Bbq grills. All of our questions were answered and we purchased our beautiful dining set by OWLee.
We definitely will be back to work with Mel on our BBQ shs is very knowledgeable and has a great personality! Prices are on the higher side however the quality and customization outweighs the cost. Warranty on our set is amazing! Staff is great! Reccomend if you want superb customer service and furniture! Thanks Mel!

There are many showrooms offering shoppers the opportunity to examine outdoor grills and furniture in every neighborhood in every city, but Outdoor Elegance has earned my trust and business. Design Consultant, Joseph Sanicola, was friendly and very informative when showing us the many sizes, brands and costs of an outdoor grill and refrigerator.
