This company hires drivers who dont pay attention on the roads and they dont follow traffic laws, I had a driver run a red light at 23rd and Massachusetts in Lawrence ks and almost hit me. Hopefully the take safety seriously and suspend the driver without pay.

You can park on the street they will give you plenty of assistance if you want. Its a dead end road facing train crossing. Go in on entrance before mail box on right. Docking is tricky but do-able.

I delivered 2 couches here in a 53' sleeper semi on an 11 stop run. The guy working the dock was nice enough but the supervisor who charged in on us was quite a jag. I was about to help the dock guy move one of the couches but then I backed off when the loudmouthed hothead came in barking orders. I figured since he's the expert, it's better off he do it rather than him stand there and watch me mess it up.

He's unpacked them before and knows how they're packed, so he knows better than I do what can and can't be done with them. But then he starts tossing smart-ass comments at me like I'm just being lazy. If cornered he'd probably claim to have been joking like his kind usualy do, but that'd be a whole lot easier to believe if he didn't ignore me when I said goodbye.

I provided all the data about our new location, number of items, to unload, space layouts and asked for a quote that included including unloading the truck, placing furniture and simple table assembly with 4 screws. I am not an expert on the time it takes to complete these tasks. I received the quote and agreed to the costs. The guys showed up on time and did a good job unloading and the assembly.

The issue I have is that it only took half of the time that they anticipated and quoted me for. I asked them if there was any room to re-evaluate the cost of the project and their response was that I signed the estimate order and I agreed to it and they expect me to pay it. I will pay their bill but, this is not the way to treat a new customer and keep a customer for future projects. I felt I was taken advantage of and will not use them for any future work.
