We could not have been more pleased with the F. A. O'Toole Office Systems team who showed up to replace revolving file retrievers in our office. Of first note, the guys had clean cut looks and pleasant personalities. Beyond that, they also seemed to cooperate with each other very well. The respect and kindness they showed each other during the job was refreshing.
While we have no problem with foul language around the office, curse words and crude language were noticeably absent from the mouths of this crew. Even though they were in the midst of a project themselves, they continually gave deference to us and our office processes. The crew was just downright NICE! The work conditions were less than ideal in some ways.
From the start, unloading the truck with no cooperation from our warehouse could have frustrated the crew and stressed them out. The logistics of assembling portions of the machinery in one location and transporting sections far away to the installation location could have daunted them. The guys certainly made the best of the situation and efficiently completed the job without complaining.
All of our files were carefully collected in an organized manner at the beginning of the project. Then they were accurately replaced into the new file retrievers after the install. We never had to worry about any of the contents during the process. The crew kept the worksite neat and safe throughout the project, and they even vacuumed up at the end!
