Products are solid but high priced. We ordered a bedroom set and it took over 6 months to get all the prices. I also needed to call to get updates. Thats if they would call me back. They did everything to make the sale then horrible customer service. On delivery they said setup was included but didn't setup correctly and left screws sticking out and the headboard only connected on one side. Was a very frustrating process and would not recommend working with them.

Shopping for a remote recliner for our Mother. Bruce did a great job showing us all the features of each chair.

Mary Jo and Scot are nice people. Dealing with them for years and have very good quality and stand behind what they sell and the store is clean. I recommend going there, you can't go wrong.

My parents bought a lift chair and once they got it home they hated it. I called to see what could be done but no one called back. We decided to stop in and that's when we met Dave. He was great. He called the owners who said we could exchange for a better chair and they would be able to deliver it and take the other chair back. Dave is the reason I would definitely be a return customer!

My family has shopped at Shimek's Furniture for three generations. The quality and service are the very best to be found. I love that you can custom order exactly what you want at no extra charge and that the delivery and set up is free. Super nice people to be found working here and design help is available at no charge too. I have to give a five out of five star review to Shimek's.

We just purchased a brand new bedroom set after almost 30 years of marriage! I'm in love. it's beautiful and they delivered it today because we are leaving to go on vacation! Got a couch and we love it, BUT. They have given us the run around for THREE MONTHS now over the PILLOWS that we ordered. Three months! Oh, we ordered them, not sure when they're coming. Oh a couple more weeks. We're not exactly made of money, so when I make a very expensive purchase and then get this crap because they can't get their business straight?

Never again. And ps- it'd save lots of money and make customers happier if you got extra things like pillows shipped directly to the customer. It's like 10 bucks to ship a couple pillows.
