Jack Pierce opened Pierce Home Furnishings and Mattress in 1952. He proceeded to grow the business through a continued commitment to service and quality. Jack retired in 2009. It remains family owned and operated as his son, John, took over the business after working in the business with his father for over 30 years. Pierce Home Furnishings and Mattress specializes in quality affordable American made furniture, upholstery, case goods, and mattresses.

Our La-Z-Boy Comfort Studio is the largest in the state line area, with over 4,000 square feet of furniture showroom for recliners and other products. We have over 100 styles on display. I purchased a nice sofa and chair. My chair is the best I've ever sat in and fits perfectly in my tiny house. It's a zero gravity and I would recommend this for anyone who suffers with chronic sciatica and low back problems. The delivery guys ran both pieces into the doorway on the way in. A little more care and attention should have been exercised. The arm of the chair was scuffed a bit but I treated it and it's fine. I still love my new furniture.

Will definitely be back! We were there this past Saturday, the staff was very available but didn't hover at all. We were told they'd call early Monday to confirm a delivery date.early Monday it was. Delivery had a 2 hour window, they showed 20 minutes early. This was by far the best furniture experience ever! Very friendly, professional staff. Can't wait to go back!

We drove from Northern IL to check out Pierce for a new couch. Staff was very helpful and wonderful to work with. We actually purchased a couch and love seat. Cost was extremely low for high quality furniture. We would recommend anyone to check them out, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Pierce

We needed to update our living room furniture so we drove to Brodhead and walked through the showrooms of Pierce Furniture. They were so helpful in assisting us with the buying process. We LOVE our new living room furniture. If you are looking for new furniture it would be well worth your time to visit Pierce Furniture. They also delivered and set up our furniture for free!
