Bought many items over the years recommended many friends. Our fridge was still under warranty and the door fell apart. They scheduled an appointment. Nobody showed up. They rescheduled appointment for two weeks out. Guy comes in looks at door schedules another appointment. Few weeks later another company comes out and orders a new door. And we wait.
For weeks. Finally we call the second company and they said they have the door but home choice will not honor their warranty. It would cost them too much to fix our fridge so they won't. Home choice calls it a wear and tear part. Who the heck wears out a fridge door? Home choice said and I quote" they will sell us a new fridge" Hey jerks you lost a loyal customer and we will buy a new fridge some where else. You should get NO STARs. liars!
