Green Lea Garden & Patio Furniture

We bought outdoor furniture from green Lea. Unfortunately we had defects but rob was stellar and worked with the manufacturer four years later To resolve to our satisfaction. They are trustworthy and stand behind their products.

I recently ordered a Polywood Rocking Chair and table set from Green Lea. Complicating my order was that I was going to move during the waiting period of the order. Due to the pandemic the orders were backed up 14-16 weeks since they did not have what I wanted in stock. No one did with the manufacturer of this product and the manufacturers website had the same waiting period as well as price.

Not only did they (Rob) take care of everything and arrange shipment from the manufacturer to my new house out of state, they also had a cheaper price than the local dealer near my new home by a considerable amount. They had the same cost as ordering it through the manufacturers website and there was no shipping charge. Additionally Rob kept me updated with the status and delivery/ tracking information as well. It was a great transaction and purchase experience and I would do business with Rob and Green Lea anytime.

The response below from the retailer fails to explain how disrespectful he was to me.a, long term customer. I have never had a business, owner scream and rant without justification. Shop at your own risk, especially if you have a problem. BTW it speaks volumes a Facebook group page was created for the exact reasons. Their lack of customer service and rudeness. Updated: 2/19/2021. i would give this a no star rating if possible. Purchased their top of the line overpriced umbrella yesterday.

The umbrella was defective and they refused a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. My receipt stated full refunds within 7 days. My return was less than 24 hours. They pointed to a small sign stating no refunds on patio furniture. I complained. You would need reading glasses to read the return policy. The owner started screaming he doesn't need my business. Needless to say I spent a small fortune at that store buying a complete line of Brown Jordan Furniture and was shocked by this outburst.

I am complaining to my credit card company and dropping off the replacement umbrella they forced me to take. They don't deserve to be in business. You be better served to go elsewhere.

Came over to Green Lea to get my propane tank filled. Never been here before. Great selection for outdoor furniture. Great customer service. One of the employees came out to my car to grab the tank and brought it back to me after i paid. Really nice people. I definitely recommend.

I bought the sand colored Lacasa 5pc. bar set (polywood) with a red 7.5 market umbrella! Rob Dougherty was very helpful and very friendly. He listened to me and helped me with my decision. The delivery staff was friendly, as well. The setup was very quick! It fits absolutely perfect on my townhouse patio. I love the height and the chairs are comfortable!

We had a wonderful experience at Green Lea. With so much of the patio furniture world going to online shoppping, it was so nice to visit Green Lea, actually see the selections, and work with an extremely knowledgeable and professional salesperson. We are from the NYC area, and it was well worth the drive. We're customers for life- no more running around, buying and returning, and being disappointed in the quality.

The staff at Green Lea knows what customers want and brings in top quality merchandise to chose from. We are so glad we discovered this shop and thoroughly enjoyed working with Rob.

We were surprised at the patio furniture selection they had. Their showroom is gigantic! Their display was a little overwhelming at first, but once we went through a second time, I knew we found the one! Sure the furniture was higher than Home Depot, but I could tell the difference in quality as soon as we walked in. We shopped around for a week and felt comfortable that it was worth investing in a quality set, rather than deal with replacing it every couple of years. Salesman was very helpful, and even had it delivered the next day! Very happy with our purchase!
