Hands down the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I have never owned a hottub before and recently acquired one with the purchase of our new home. The previous owner bought the hottub from Pegasus and was a longtime customer so naturally I also gravitated towards using Pegasus for my spa needs. They have exceeded my expectations by mountains. Extremely helpful every time I call with questions and truly take the time to explain things. Thank you Pegasus Spas!

Being a first time hot tub owner I was still new with certain things with my tub. I had a few questions that I needed answered. I ended up emailing Pegasus Spas late at night and ended up receiving an email from Rachel within minutes, letting me know someone would be contacting me the next day. I spoke to Dawn the next day on the phone and she was willing to go above and beyond with helping me properly know how to run my hot tub.

In a matter of 5 minutes Dawn was able to help me get my entire hot tub working properly. Without these two I would have been In a world of hurt with an expensive electric bill. Thank you Ladies so much for your quick response and knowledge. I really appreciate it.

6 months ago my husband and I decided to get a hot tub, heard about Pegasus from a friend and so last nite sat in our Hot tub for the first time, felt wonderful. Had such a great experience with everyone at Pegasus, from beginning to end. Everyone was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking. Thank you, look foward to future visits to the store.

My hot tub's heater failed on a Saturday and after calling the multi-location stores only to discover that their parts departments are closed on weekends I called Pegasus. I spoke with the owner and she assured me that she had the part that I needed. I drove down and after looking at the part I was not sure if it was an exact replacement. Savannah and Debbie took the time to call a tech (on his day off) to make sure that I was getting the right part, but Jim, the tech confirmed that I was leaving with the right part. The entire staff went over and above to assist me. I HIGHLY recommend Pegasus, they have a great selection of spas AND supplies PLUS a staff that is second to none!

This company is outstanding! We had an 11 week debacle with a big corporate hot tub company in Ohio (where we purchased our tub) trying to get a problem fixed. We went to Pegasus for help in the repair we needed and they were more than accommodating to investigate and get the repair done. We will return them over and over again for all our hot tub needs going forward - big box price wasn't better after all! Lesson learned and we are a Pegasus customer now! We waited a long time to purchase our tub. Did a lot of research, visited several dealers. Dawn at Pegasus was so knowledgeable and thorough, it was a pleasure choosing our tub. Highly recommend!

We have done business with Pegasus for over 15 years and have Loved our Sundance hot tubs! They have OUTSTANDING sales and service, and really take the time to explain everything and answer All our questions! They are a down home business that CARES and has Always taken the time with us, We would Highly recommend Pegasus!

I actually would rate Pegasus with 10 Stars if I could. The staff is excellent. Our salesperson we are working with, Dawn, is awesome. She gives us complete support. She's readily available and totally knowledgeable. The 2 men that actually came out and installed our hot tub, Jake and Jim were also a 10. They knew what to do and asked us if we had any questions all along the way. They were very helpful and stated they'd come back out if we needed any assistance. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend Pegasus for your spa needs.
