Bought a refurbished Leap v2 after seeing how amazing their customer support was. The chair arrived much earlier than expected and has been wonderful so far (have had it for about a week). If you are interested in a Leap and aren't sure about going refurbished I highly recommend Crandall Office. You can always chat with their team to work out any concerns you might have.

You might notice some wear on the plastic components as those aren't able to be replaced, but outside of some scuffs the chair feels brand new and is amazingly comfortable with their extra cushion seat they install.

I'm delighted to have received two very nice (new looking in fact) Aeron chairs from Crandall. I had some reservations with ordering some refurbished chairs site unseen and even more about shipping them. Crandall did a fantastic job refurbishing these chairs, they were packed very safely, and easy to assemble. I'm delighted with my purchase and plan to make more in the future.

Great and transparent work. Got an Amia refurbished chair. Arrived within the estimated time. Straightforward and easy assemblage instructions. The chair arrived in excellent conditions and client support would answer promptly through the selection and purchase of the chair. First time I got an ergonomic chair that I actually fit in! Game changer! I've used it for about two weeks.

I ordered some replacement cushions for my Steelcase Leap V2. The entire process from start to finish was easy and fast. The replacement cushions are very plush and comfortable. I can easily see them extending the life of my chair for years to come. Sending the old cushions back to Crandall for a $30 rebate was easy as well - just put them in the box they shipped your new cushions in and send them off at UPS using the prepaid label. I'd highly recommend Crandall Office Furniture to anyone looking to extend the life of their office chair.

Very happy with the remanufactured Steelcase Leap V2. Looks brand new, feels amazing to sit in. Perfect amount of adjustments! Such a massive upgrade from a cheap office chair.

My eight-year old Steelcase Leap 2 looks new and with the bolstered seating cushion it is even more comfortable. Changing out the cushion and seat back took about five minutes to do once I paused to think about how to do it. The UPS return of the old seating was simple too - I turned it around the same day. So I'm a pretty happy camper and I thank you.

I recently placed my second order of a high-end office chair from Crandall. This first was a factory returned "A-grade" Steelcase Leap v2 chair. Although this chair was effectively brand new, it was very uncomfortable and the more I used it, the more my back would hurt. Crandall customer service worked with me to at first make sure the chair was adjusted properly, and when that didn't help, paid for return shipping to send the chair back for a full refund.

As a replacement, I decided to buy one of their refurbished Steelcase Gesture with headrest chairs. The chair arrived well packed, with brand new upholstery and only two tiny scratches that most normal people would never even see. After using it for a month, this one is a keeper! The chair did come configured slightly different than what I expected, but again, Crandall's customer service was wonderful and was able to answer all my questions.

In my opinion, there is no better place to buy restored or factory returned office chairs. The dirty and heavily used furniture at my local office furniture warehouse doesn't even compare to Crandall's expertly restored chairs.

Excellent value for their remanufactured Leap V2 chairs. Got 2 (3rd one on order) and both were as described on their site, perfect working condition, no issues at all. Bookmarked their site for future reference, will definitely share with friends and co-workers.

Recently I purchased a refurbished office chair, Steelcase Leap V2. The customer services were excellent. The product looked brand new, well packaged, and delivered on a timely manner. I must mention that the price was way below what I saw elsewhere. I will certainly recommend them to others. I am enjoying the chair so much that now I live and work at my desk!

I got the gas cylinder I needed. Installation was easy, given the videos on the website. And customer service was responsive and helpful with a couple of questions that I had. Chair working as good as new now.

I received my chair fairly quickly and was happy with everything. The instructions were pretty clear and I had no trouble assembling the chair. Their YouTube videos are helpful for the assembly process also.

I received my reconditioned chair and love it. I ordered a gesture with headrest and for the savings over a brand new chair (about 500$) the few minor blemishes are more than tolerable. All the work they do, the stitching, the fabric and cleanup on these chairs are great. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. I did pay extra to have a chair made in 2020-2021. the chair i received was made in early 2021 so it was as described. I'm sure that older chairs with more prior use will show more blemishes but this chair looked damn near brand new.

Faster delivery than expected. The quality is basically brand new. Only upon very discerning examination does one see some inconsequential wear and tear. The padding is soft. The comfort is high as expected. Functionality is all there. The instructions for assembly is pretty straightforward. The packaging was robust. If you want a top of the line chair at a reasonable price, this is the way to go.

These guy's were super helpful making sure I got the parts I needed for my very early build Leap v1 chair. The replacement arm pads fit perfect and are very comfortable. Shipping was also very fast. I'll be going to them when it comes time for a new chair.

After doing a ton of research, I decided the Steelcase Leap was the chair for me - but the price of a brand new one was more than I wanted to spend. Ultimately, after looking at all the Crandall website - I decided to buy one re-manufactured. I was happy to be re-using instead of buying brand new and I got the select the perfect color - and I appreciated that Crandall's actually increased the padding in the seat pan from the standard Steelcase seat.

All that, plus Crandall's 12 year warranty sold me. My new chair has been terrific - and has made my long days much more comfortable. I was able to assemble the chair myself. I also found on their website the wonderful charitable work Crandall's does and it makes me feel good to support a business that does good work. Thank you!

I bought a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chair from Crandall. The website made it easy to pick what I wanted, and the price was less than half what they cost new. Received it less than a week later - much quicker than the website had indicated. The chair is in almost new condition. There were a few tiny marks on the back of the chair, which would be unnoticeable if I weren't looking closely. It's super comfortable and my back is very happy. I would definitely order from Crandall again.

I love the Leap v2 chair! I have lower back issues and I spend a lot of time on the computer, so this was a great investment towards my physical health. I already notice a big difference in my posture and comfort level. I was particularly impressed with how quickly it arrived and how easy it was to assemble thanks to the helpful installation videos that Crandall Office have made available. The chair looks and feels brand new and I'm very satisfied with the color and fabric choices.
