Find somewhere else to take your business, lots of competitive prices out there with much better service. You will be much happier in the long run going elsewhere. Make sure to read ALL of the 1 star reviews. Follow up to owners response. funny how they say all of their 1 star reviews are either fake or their "competition".

Great company to deal with. I need a part, they had it in stock and shipped it out the same day I placed my order. If the part wasn't in stock and/or they hadn't shipped it out quickly.the problem I had with my pool could have cost thousands of dollars to fix instead of only a couple hundred! Great job Polytec Pools!

This place has the best customer service of any pool store I've ever dealt with. In the middle of a national pool part shortage they had prices that were normal/fair AND included free/fast shipping. They helped troubleshoot our issue over the phone and bent over backwards to be helpful. They were extremely responsive. When we finally got the issue resolved they happily took back the parts that ended up not being needed.
Mark and their team have earned a repeat customer for life and I don't even live in Nevada! if I lived in the area I would drive triple the distance to deal with them over an average pool company. I can't say enough about them.

I needed a new tank bottom for my Jandy pool filter. After ordering from another vendor who obviously didn't have one in stock, I cancelled the order and contacted Polytec. They promptly responded to my email to assure me that they did actually have one in stock. I ordered on a Thursday and had it via free FedEx shipping by the following Monday. (Las Vegas -> Tulsa, OK) I'll look to them for future needs based on my experiences.

Exceeded Expectations! Polytec had the Pentair pump I needed to replace my dead pump. I had not heard of this operation prior to finding them via a "GOOGLE" search, but they had the best price for the pool pump I needed. Somewhat hesitant, I called before placing my order. I was assured the product was in stock and it would go out that day and I could expect it in 4-5 days.
Two days later, I checked the Fed Ex tracking number and it listed the time the label was created. I checked my phone and found the label was created within 15 minutes of my phone call and shipped that day! Las Vegas to Houston my new pump was at my house in roughly 76 hours. LOVE that kind of service! FIVE STARS!
