The owner is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and knows his inventory well. I came in with a color scheme I was looking for with pictures of my sofa and dimensions. He pulled out 10 fabric books for me to look at and offered me water. I comfortably sat at the table choosing fabric_designs. He checked if the fabrics I chose " would work" for what I needed it for, and after elimination, made calls to be sure the patterns remaining that I chose are available.
He wrote up a very detailed quote. I've heard about his work being the most precise that the evaluators had ever seen. Thats why I went there. Price.you pay for what you get!

Mark Montalbano is an arrogant amateur that has no concern for a customer or a customer needs. He unsells an item without telling the customer because he determines freight costs when he has no idea what real costs are because he doesn't ask or listen. He decides what will happen with no consultation with the buyer. My most underwhelming purchase experience.
