One time he said they charge for 2 people @ $79 hr and that's how he came up with $171 (even though he was only there 20 min). When I asked about the $79 we already paid he said it was a separate fee and the real bill was $255. When I asked how he came to that amount he also gave me different versions. Then when I pointed out the numbers didn't add up he then said it was a flat rate and not hourly after he just got done telling me it was an hourly charge for 2 people.
They also damaged the hardwood floor during the process of fixing the couch. They dropped a drill with the bit on and scratched the floor.
Overall, the couch is fixed; however, I am very disappointed by the whole situation and aggravation they have caused!
