I ordered a non folding cover for my butterfly chair. When it arrived it did not fit. The stitching was white against a plum not burgundy fabric that I ordered. When I first spoke to a women there she told me they had a manufacturing issue and thought that it had been resolved. As our conversation went on she suddenly tried to tell me I had ordered the folding chair cover.
I know that was not true as she had read back the order as being burgundy which is the correct color I had ordered not the plum I had received. They are charging me for the return and not sending out the correct cover. I would stay clear of this company. Instead of making a customer happy they lost me.
