It seams like customer service has become a thing of the past (especially during this COVID nightmare), but not with Families. They have great products, great prices and even better costumer service. Barbara was such a pleasure to do business with, and Paul was amazing, carrying and building our new playset by himself. IN THE RAIN! We thought for sure our kids were going to be disappointed by a weather delay, but Paul powered through and delivered efficiently! The FAMILIES crew has been fantastic to work with. They had a great selection, friendly sales team and the delivery and install was quick and professional. We ended up buying a picnic table, 4 comfortable adirondack-style chairs and a swingset for the kids.
