This company makes high quality furniture and is recognized in the outdoor furniture industry as one of the best in the country. Located in Bucks County PA they now service the entire country. I personally have visited the showroom and the custom woodworking shop and craftsmen are impressive. If you are looking for details and outstanding product care, I would highly recommend BenchSmith Teak furniture.

We feel that we were completely ripped off by Benchsmith --that we did not receive what was portrayed on line: We have teak chairs purchased in Hawaii -- no longer living there, we needed 2 more. Benchsmith was the only company that had the exact same chairs. In the online photos, they looked identical to the ones we have --we ordered 2. When they came, we discovered with dismay that they were unfinished, which was not portrayed or mentioned on the website.
We contacted the CEO who clearly could have cared less -- he just told us to "finish them the same way as the ones you have", and admitted that the ones portrayed online are owner ones --i.e, the owners had put stains on them, and then they were photographed and used for the Benchsmith site. This is FALSE ADVERTISING --- Never order from this company.

We have been a Benchsmith customer for many years because quality and service matters. Our collection has grown over the years but without a doubt our favorite is the custom-made round table with a lazy susan in the middle that seats 18 comfortably. We love every moment we spend with family and friends around that table and it cleans up like New every year. We give Benchsmith our highest recommendation. They build great furniture and take care of their customers!

I bought tables and chairs from them in 2004 and was very happy. In 2006 I bought another table from them. The product is really below their previous quality. The table needed to be re-sanded. During the buying process and when letting them know about the problem they could care less - they are not grateful for your business nor do they apologize for their poor workmanship.

After looking into patio furniture stores in Bucks County i found a custom patio furniture store that was willing to make the patio furniture I wanted. This was a great experience that allowed us to learn about match our furniture selection to match outdoor landscape decor. I was really impressed with Tim from the BenchSmith and his willingness to help us build what we wanted. -Dave Porter contractors research team at Vouch Video

Warning! I am so disappointed! This company does not stand by their product. I bought the large oval table which constantly stuck and would not open. I tried to get Benchsmith to repair my table and they wanted me to take the table apart and mail it to them. The table split and they refused to repair or replace. Now I am stuck with a very expensive broken table that is unusable.
