Please note that service requests are a priority for customers who have purchased their hot tub from Outdoor Living. All other customers are important to us and we will service your hot tub as quickly as possible. However, be advised that if your hot tub was not purchased from us you could possibly have your service call bumped to a different time or day so we can accommodate our customers who have purchased from us. In fall and winter seasons (due to freezing conditions) our priority is for hot tubs that have the possibility of freezing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I work for a pool company and normally go to flhors pools but they are out of chlorine and I decided to give this place a shot. I was greeted by an bigger older woman, asked her if they had 1 inch tablets of chlorine and she stated they didn't. I was like "man, I work for a pool company and travel to do services, the chlorine shortage just socks right now." Just bantering back and forth. she figures out who I work for and says. " well I have no ambition to help him (my boss) out since he only uses me when he can't get something at flhors." Then waves me off like a get shoo, go away gesture and turns around without saying another word and walks away. I am appalled that as a small business who most likely was affected by the pandemic thinks it is ok to treat paying customers like this. Worst customer service ever!

I can't say enough good about this business! I am a new hot tub owner and was unsure what I needed and how to use it. Based on what I was looking for they guided me to what I needed, gave me options, and did not pressure me to add things I didn't really need. The delivery was fantastic! They explained everything, made sure I understood, and ensured I was comfortable.
The best part was I felt like I was working with a friend and no matter what I needed they are always just a phone call away! Their customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time! What a breath of fresh air! I very highly recommend them!

Outdoor Living is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They answered all our questions as we searched for the perfect hot tub to serve our family for years to come. They get an A++ from us! Our kids are loving the hot tub as much as we are. Us parents are moving around better and experiencing less aches, pains, and headaches. Definitely worth our investment and a wonderful and comfy way to relax after a busy day.

We purchased a hot tub here and it was the best decision we ever made. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect hut tub. The installation process was flawless, everything was set up and running perfectly and it was a great addition to our yard. We shopped around at other stores and online sites and this was hands down the best experience. Highly recommend.

Very friendly family owned business! My wife and I had alot of questions; which were answered professionally. We bought a three person corner sauna. Timely delivery, easy installation (3/4 of it was done by the time I got off work by my wife and youngest daughter, lolol). We use it everyday and it fits so perfect in our master bath room. So excited for the next purchase of a hot tub soon. Thank you again UPDATE: Purchased a hot tub from this great family business; got it over a week ago AND LOVE IT! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I started searching for the perfect sauna online. The research left me with questions and I wanted to see the product and experience it before making a decision. I called a few local companies and was very disappointed. I'm a Maryland resident, but traveled to Chambersburg. Why? Because Mike was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions over the phone.
He had a couple of saunas on display. I appreciate quality and the Finnleo saunas are clearly crafted to perfection. He explained all of the features and sent me home with literature to review. He priced two of the Hallmark series saunas for me that day. After perusing the catalog I decided on the Hallmark 46. I took another road trip to place the order with Kim.
She couldn't have been more pleasant. She was honest and let me know the saunas were back ordered and when I could expect a delivery. I had a few questions from the electrician and sent emails to Kim. She answered all of the questions promptly. I was pleasantly surprised when my sauna was delivered early. Mike and Wes delivered and installed the HM46.
They arrived when expected, set up was perfect and all packaging was removed. I have used the sauna every day and LOVE IT LOVE LOVE IT! I would highly recommend Outdoor Living!

We bought our hot tub from Outdoor Living and had a GREAT experience. Kim was a great help in getting us into the tub. She is always available to answer our questions. Mike went above and beyond to schedule the installation as soon as possible. The tub was installed in less than two days after giving him a call that we are ready to receive it. Weston and Ethan took care of the delivery and installation.
They are very professional and helpful. Wes is extremely knowledgeable. In general, the customer service from Outdoor-living is just above and beyond. I recommend this place if you are looking for great experience, good price and friendly service.

Outstanding! That sums it up. We were going to look at hot tubs at another place but stopped in at Outdoor Living at the suggestion from our son, and we are glad we did. Kim answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. After purchasing a tub Mike and Wes installed it and went over all the instructions in a down to earth way. What they didn't know was that the day they installed it was my wife and my anniversary, so we had 2 celebrations that night.

Great Service, Very knowledgeable! I bought a house that had a hot tub, and didn't know who to call. Very glad I came across Outdoor Living. They diagnosed the problem with my old hot tub, and helped me find a cost effective replacement. They worked with my contractor to coordinate delivery and installation of my new tub. They also spent lots of time on the phone with me teaching me how to take care of and maintain my new tub.
I struggled to learn how to balance the water, but they were very patient, accessible, and happy to answer all of my questions. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to what I could find online, especially when you factor in the outstanding customer service.
